THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I TRUST !
I've visited this office since I was a little girl and when I moved to Newbury park I couldn't find a staff or a dentist as nice as them ! So now I gladly make the 45 minute trip for any of my appointments! I've gotten a root canal done by dr.peri and I was terrified I've been told it's the worse pain you'll have and the only pain I had was a sore jaw ! Everything he did was effortless. Definitely coming back here to get my wisdom teeth removed !!!

As you can see the real reviews of this place are all 1 star wishing it can be -5 but yelp doesn't work that way let's start off with stop and leave now they will ripp you off their pictures are lies the office is so small and you cant even understand the doctor he speaks a different language and then all of a sudden my bill is 1,200 dollars more! he gets bossed around by his assistants no b*lls . the billing lady is evil and nasty just plain out miserable lady alejandra im talking to you i hope you find religion the most ugliest rudest person ive met and the grunts behind her dont fall

Let me start out with your Front desk people either make you look like a great office or a horrible office and all I say is they make it look horrible they are rude and never look up at you and if they do they roll there eyes at you. They are not friendly and it starts with there Office manager trying to have a conversation regarding added on services she didn't want to answer and walked away and rolled her eyes and I didn't want to give me a corrected statement until I had to talk to the Doctor he apologized and said he has many complaints regarding his front office and office manager

I've always dreaded the dentist because most dentists have made me feel guilty for not coming to the dentist every 6 months. That was not the case with this practice. This was my first time going to the dentist in years and I was very pleased with Pacific View Dental Group. The hygienist, Elena, was extremely informative and explained everything she was doing. Unfortunately I needed a deep floss/clean and she put a topical anesthetic on my gums to make sure I stayed comfortable. Dr. Chung came over about mid-way through to do a full evaluation of my teeth and gums. There are a couple cavities

Dr. Chung is the best dentist ever. I've been his patient for over 15 years and couldn't be happier with him. The office staff is super friendly, however there have been multiple situations where things fall through the cracks, so be sure to keep on the staff if you are expecting a return call, refund check, or price quote for a procedure. It has been an issue on more than one occasion. But again, Dr. Chung is the best ever and makes up for all of the downfalls of the office.

Our family of three has been going to Pacific View Dental Group for more than 10 years. They not only take wonderful care of our teeth, but have almost become family over the years and the many visits. First of all, Dr. Peri is a genius, no exaggeration. He educates other dentists, for starters. He lectures on his specialties and has written at least one book on cosmetic dentristry. He is a dentist's dentist. On top of that, he is funny and kind. I met dr Perry during dental seminars when he was training myself and other dentists in inplant dentistry and Dental anesthesiology. Dr Proussaefs is probably the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. I frequently consult him and ask his opinion when i have a difficult Implant case or extraction. He is also very ethical as well and i highly recommend him to any patient.

I received a private message claiming my review was derogatory. I understand a business defending itself but this is my personal experience and I'm not trying to defame them or be intentionally rude. The care I received was clinic-like and not personalized at all. Nothing in the private message tried to resolve the issue or come to a middle ground, and I feel more than ever that this review is well deserved. I stand by everything I say, and the lack on concern not only was obvious during my visit but clear as day I the message I received from the business owner.

I am a new patient at this dental office and I am very impressed. I usually hate the dentist and they were very accommodating. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and was very nervous but they did an excellent job and it went very smooth. Everything is clean and comfortable and the staff is very nice. I'm actually looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work completed and having healthy teeth.

My family has visited Pacific View Dental for 6 years and we are very pleased with their service. In that time, I have also paid for 2 sets of braces (2 persons). Our teeth look great and I am very satisfied with their service. In addition, I can usually get an appointment when needed. The are regularly on time and keep the scheduled appointment time. The best part of my experience is no up selling! At other dental offices I was constantly solicited for additional services that weren't needed. Well this is an update to a post I made ONE YEAR AGO!! (See 6-15-15) It took sure too them long enough to check their Yelp!! I just got a letter in the mail today after seeing them for X-rays and a cleaning yesterday saying they would no longer see me and to find another dentist due to my previous review of them (from last year)! So it took them a whole YEAR to see the review and respond first of all and second of all I stand by what I said!! You, as a professional should NOT be threatening your patients by saying if one doesn't get the work done you will not see them again!! This is America
