American corporate greed has sunk another once-upon-a-time great motorcycle shop. It baffles me how many positive reviews there are of Freedom Powersports. Perhaps they have a good sales department. Unfortunately, 100 percent of my experiences with their service department have been negative. Tracey in the service department is good guy. It’s sad that he’s probably the only one. I HAD a 2012 Yamaha R1. The problem list grew, and my bank account dwindled. They never could get it fixed. I ended up having to sell the bike. Please don’t take your bike to be serviced here. Went to buy a used jetski on my lunch break and paying cash. Nathan my salesperson and the service department were awesome! I wasn't impressed with the sales manager trying to make the deal and it felt like old school used car sales. Maybe he needs a class on selling to women or is this the Freedom sales culture? Buyer beware, there's $875 fee for reconditioning a used ski that isn't advertised and is 'tacked' on without discussion until the paperwork is presented. There is wording online stating 'subject to' but no dollar amount is given. Suggestion... be upfront and honest about costs Freedom

I called to ask about a new tire for my BMW. They could not tell me anything about the tires on hand but if I wanted more info I could submit my tire info and schedule the mount and balance online. I started an online chat with someone who would get back with me. No response. Two days later I was referred to the same online chat. I requested the same info on tires and mounting. No response. Why can't somebody walk across the room and look at the tires in their rack and tell me "we have XYZ tires for your bike?" That is obviously too much to ask. It also seems that if one of your employees is smart

Took a gl1800 rear rim with tire and brought a new tire to the service department to get the new tire installed and balanced. I was told it would take about four hours to install and it would be $80.00 and they would call me when it was done. I called 3 1/2 hours later to see if it was done and they said no but they would start working on it. When I picked it up, the balance dot on the new tire was 18” from the valve stem. With tax the charge was over $90.00 to do the work. I neither want them to do any more subpar service work for me and I choose not to pay the unreasonable prices. Also, check

Freedom power sports in Fort Worth is the only place to buy big boy toys from in the DFW area. I went to a few other places and was not satisfied with the sales guys at them. I finally found this gem of a business, All the guys are wicked cool and know their Products especially Brandon. Brandon was able to help me and my wife Both get new bikes for the summer season. Thank you to the entire team at freedom Powersports of Fort Worth and especially Brandon!🇺🇸

If you're purchasing a bike here make sure you read your contract very carefully before signing anything. These people will outright tell you one thing then put something entirely different on paper.
In my scenario, they tried to convince me to buy a maintenance plan but I wasn't too sold on it as I do most of my own work. So then I was offered a $300 discount to purchase the 3 year maintenance plan for $1,100 and I agreed.
When it came time to bring it in, it turns out that the finance lady sold me an extended warranty instead of a maintenance plan. She was just smart enough to lie to me and
