I wish it were possible to leave more than 5 stars, because we had such an amazing experience with Lone Star Yamaha! After wanting a Royal Enfield for years, and deciding to take the plunge, I called and was connected to Pedro, who was incredibly helpful right off the bat. He answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, and was very knowledgeable. Since we were driving all the way from Lubbock, he stayed in touch throughout the week to keep us updated about the bike being available until we were able to travel out on the weekend. When we got there, we were not disappointed. He was just

Mike from finance is amazing to work with straight up with you, recommended the warranty and tire warranty and even has stores to back up his claims, got the warranty and used it this past weekend, rear tire didn’t cost me a dime but my only issue is they replaced my tire with another brand of tire, granite it’s due to tire shortages but they failed to inform me at picking up my bike, it would have been no problem if they just were straight up like Mike and told me, e-mail Mike and researched for my self and it could be possible to ride two different brands of tire but it’s not recommended

The guys and ladies working at lone star were all very nice and knowledgeable friendly. While I waited even though everyone was major busy they still took the time out to answer my questions and help me out with other things. Lone star Yamaha is a great shop to go to no matter what bike you have, seeing as they helped me with my suzuki gaxr.

Just a few weeks ago purchased my very first bike and had a great experience with Pedro and the team at Lone Star. Buying process was absolutely smooth and painless and they made sure to introduce me to everyone on their team from service and parts to finance. Just passed my MSF the day before and they delivered the bike right on time to my house. Made sure I was happy and knowledgeable about the bike. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to seeing them again.

Awesome service. I went in and James helped me select a bike. Scott also shared his expertise with me, not only in riding but in gear. Financing was easy, Michael explained things clearly and I left on my bike that day! I got a used bike, but I feel confident in riding it because Michael was able to get me set up with a 3 year warranty. I will definitely be choosing Lone Star again for any of my cycle needs. Thanks again guys!

I ordered a part and never received it ($108). I emailed the company and called. No response to my email and when I call, I get a looped message. No one is answering. Makes me wonder if this business is actually in business or just selling parts with no intention of sending them. Will lodge a complaint with the Irving Chamber of Commerce and the BBB.

This place is the absolute worst, and I REALLY wanted to like them.
Took in my bike for a tire change and boom I find that my rim has 4 new paint chips and the cracked my fender in half.
What's the manager's response? "We can't pay for that or fix it, but we can give you a new fender eliminator kit for free."
I Don't want your stupid kit, I want these paint chips fixed!!
Needless to say I will never go back and try to warn everyone to not get their bikes serviced here.

I bought a 2014 FZ09 from this dealership, the salesman Jeremy was great and really helped me out getting everything worked out on the deal.
Fast forward a couple weeks I start getting a check engine light and the engine is dying. I get the bike started and start my way back home. At a stop light the bike starts blowing smoke out the exhaust like crazy. The next day I take the bike back to the dealer for service thinking how glad I was I paid extra for the warranty
I call their service department the next day and the service manager, Steve, tells me they're gonna start on it the next day

So, I went to this place a couple of years ago. This are the pics of the Yamaha I posted. We had come here after getting ignored at Dream Machine on 35. They had a ridiculous deal on this bike for $1999. I should have bought it that night, but silly me wanted to sleep on it. Next day, it was gone.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, we decided to pop in at my wife's suggestion to look around. Little did I know she was hatching a plan.
Met Sam and he told me about a bike they had just gotten in. It hadn't been cleaned up, but he knew I wanted a good deal for a first bike. He showed me a Honda Shadow

Always ask questions. What they are charging your for, and how much of that is labor. I brought in a '05 V-Star 1100 for an oil change. The sales guy was very dodgy when I was asking my options on oil. And never told me a price. I had to get back to work so I just said full synthetic but when I came back for my bike they charge $223 for an oil Change! And $120 was labor. I will not be going back for an oil change

These guys were amazing at helping me with my new bike. I'm in the car business so I truly appreciated them valuing my time and taking care of me. Sam was my sales guy and really helped me pick out the bike I wanted. Mike hooked up my financing and got me in and out quickly. Kevin made sure I got the best pricing that made negotiating easy. I'm looking forward to using their service department in the future.

Absolutely terrible. I took my bike up there for new tires two weeks ago. They broke the chain tension adjuster on it while replacing the tires and said nothing. Just sent me on my way. They finally came out three days later to pick it up and bring it back to repair it which took a week. Then didn't bother to call or tell me it was done. I had to call them. Then I had to go to them and pick it up instead of them bringing it back. No easy task as I live in Fort Worth and they're in Irving. And just when you think it couldn't get worse, I get my bike home and notice 3 things, chain

I bought my very first bike from Yamaha which was an R3 and Lone star yamaha was very helpful in guiding me on what to get and the finance department did everything to help me get my very first bike, just this week I decided to trade my R3 that I had for almost two years and upgraded to an R6 and love my bike. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and all the help from Jeremy and Kristen as well of all of the Yamaha staff.

Bought a brand new 2019 Yamaha YZ450F. The sales team was helpful. Finance was easy. When I left the dealership I was told there was oil and gas in it. They started the bike, it sounded great but they forgot to put oil in it... I put maybe half an hour on that bike and I had to get a new engine because some valve cracked and it made the bike an "explosive hazard". Lone star replaced the motor for free which was nice but after a couple months and myself being very understanding and patient with them. They gave me a new motor with a dead battery. Called the service department about a new

Worst dealership ever. They ran my credit report 3 times when financing for a bike which was obviously bad for my credit. On top of that, they sold me a bike that they said was brand new, but had done work on it, and ruined the wiring of the bike. Never go to this place. Go to Maxim Honda or somewhere bigger.

Good place. On my second visit I felt a bit ignored (I'm a female rider so people tend to assume "oh, she's just someone's girlfriend"), but once I got service, it was good. On both visits, my ride was evaluated fairly and I was sent an estimated invoice of costs before they did anything. I'll happily continue coming here for any minor bike needs

These guys are awesome. I stopped in to inquire about a jet ski and ATV a few months back. I came by this week again after having an unpleasant experience at a different store. I was in a time crunch so I called ahead and asked if I could get there and get a new 2018 450 Kodiak in my truck in less than 30 minutes. They told me no problem. The sales staff was polite, quick, easy to work with and sure enough I was on my way back to Fort Worth with a new ATV in the back of my truck in 30 minutes. They had a great selection of gear and riding necessities. I'll be back soon for my first service

Worked with the guys there on a deal for a new R3 for my wife. We were happy with the process, guys were very easy to work with, and were very helpful the whole way.
We'll definitely be personalizing and servicing our bike through Lone Star Yamaha from now on. Who knows - I may be in the market for one again, and I know where I'll be going for it.
Thanks Lone Star Yamaha!

Don't buy anything from these people. They sold me a bike that had a lien on it and never disclosed the lien to me. The lien just got removed in March but now they claim they can't get me the title due to the bike being reported stolen. I call and e-mail every week to ask them to do their jobs and deliver the title but their answer is always "I'll check on it next week." May 3rd will be 7 months since I bought and paid for my bike in full. I have to file a lawsuit for auto fraud and breach of contract because it's clear they're not going to deliver the title on

Called to check availability of parts for my 2010 Yamaha Raider. Was informed that it has been industry standard for the last 20 years to not give out part numbers. I've been on 2 wheels dirt and street for over 20 years and have never had an issue getting part numbers. I worked at the parts counter at this very building when I was in high school and it was never a issue giving out part numbers when I was there. I will gladly spend my $ somewhere else.....

Horrible service when it comes to title work and "after the sale" items. I have spoken with a John Rodriguez over the last two weeks regarding TX numbers and a license plate which, is long overdue. Subsequently, I am unable to use my jet ski due to no registration which, is the responsibility of Lonestar Yamaha. Mr. Rodriguez has given several conflicting responses over the past two weeks, for example, when I contacted him last week he told me that everything was ready and filed and he would email me the documentation which, he and/or the title agent failed to do so. I spoke with him

You know its going to go bad when they start with..."what's hurting your trade is the year model" before you even walk in the door. I was VERY specific about the trade I had...year, make, condition, etc. Told them before driving an hour what I wanted for the trade and was told should not be a problem. They even deducted $800 from the trade value for brakes that they "think" need some work and offered me 50% of NADA as well? The whole thing was disappointing and unprofessional.
