I took a boat to them to get the motor running. I spoke with Robert after a couple hours of his tech messing with it, and doing pretty much nothing more than I could do. I asked home to please get the motor running, not just play with it, fox it. A month later I receive an invoice with no phone call, no update, nothing. Service was never performed beyond the original inspection. Now they want me to pay $170 for there likely uncertified technician to tinker with a boat motor. I think not. I pay for a completed service. Not for a yoo-hoo to tinker with a boat motor.

Very disappointed in how we were handled to buy a half million dollar boat from this outfit, who label themselves as brokers. The minute we put down a significant deposit and made plane flights to come see it, new advertising popped up in national rags to continue to market the boat to greedily get top price beyond our agreed to contract price. Spoke with owner and he said that we are in a bull market and you lost out. Watch out! IMHO they lack significant ethics and values and their rudder is simply the all mighty dollar. Bad karma for their actions Wil likely be coming their way. Sad way to run
