These guys are a joke. I called 4 times to get an appointment for an install of a complete stereo system. Twice I talked to two different men about doing my job but it was never scheduled in 3 months time. I finally just dropped the vehicle off at Kurtz in Traverse City and they completed the work in two days. I wouldn't waste my time with these buffoons again.
