Wayne P. Marsh has been practicing law since 1974. He has offices in Sun City, Phoenix and Scottsdale, and serves clients throughout Arizona. The emphasis of Mr. Marsh's practice is in the area of Wills, Trust, Trust Administration, Probate, and Estate Planning. He has over 30 years of experience representing clients and their families in their time of need.
In our more than 25 years of practice, we have often seen instances where real property is owned by a decedent domiciled in a different state, requiring an Arizona ancillary administration. From our Sun City offices, Moore Marsh Law helps lawyers across the nation serve their clients with ancillary administration tasks here in Arizona.

Horrible service, disappointed, dishonest service, not good enough for us to explain what is the best in our situation, what is the best rule can protect us. They charged us $2300.00 for preparation of the will and trust and after 2 times we have to pay for the correcting fee $400. per each document correction , so far is 2 times is paid :((. , need one more additional correction . Why he doesn't explain to us what is the best way at first consultation ???? We are not competitive in this field, so they should be able to help us at first time..., but no... , no... Do not use for divorce. Bud Moore is only good for estate law. Used for a divorce and proven how wonderful he was as a person but unable to with what he said. My girlfriend wasted tons of time and money to attempt to get what he promised but none of it came true. Also seems to be lacking in knowledge of current guidelines and laws in any area of child support. But his prices are ok for the the minimal representation. But family law is not the strong suit.

I hired more law firm years ago to handle my complex and difficult divorce. This was after thinking the initial attorney I was using before them was a good idea and had I have stayed with that attorney my divorce would not have turned out the way I wanted.
this is the only attorney's office I've ever dealt with that is not out for your money and they actually take a genuine interest in your case and treat it like if it was something for their own family. I hired this law firm for a divorce, gave them $3000 Bud Moore represented me as my attorney he is a joke.the day before my spousal maintenance hearing he calls me into his office asking for medical and financial documents to prove my case not a week or two before to get prepared but one day. When we got to court this old attorney couldn't open his briefcase to show any of my documents to prove my case instead he just sat there asking me to try and open it for him any real lawyer would of postponed it for another day so they could prove there clients case . Do your self a favor stay away from this law firm they are very unprofessional. I hired them for my divorce my lawyer was Bud Moore he talked like he would represent you and fight for you. I gave them $3000 I went to his office once then I had a spousal maintenance hearing date his secretary Wendy calls me 2 days before hearing to come see Bud so on weds I come in they ask me to get him medical documents and other documents plus tax papers and meet him at his office the next day to drive to hour together. I get a call at 11am saying he is in court to bring the documents to the office so they

I had a legal issue with a county in another state. I tried to call them to find out what they wanted to no avail. I wasn't sure what to do - get an attorney in that state or ignore the legal issue and hope it went away. I decided to call Moore Law Firm. Moore Law Firm has been by my side for the last eight months. My father passed away early last year, and when a lawyer was needed. Moore Law Firm was recommended to me. Matthew Gobbato has been my probate lawyer and has done a great job. From Kelli the receptionist, and Carolyn the probate paralegal, to Matthew.
