Welinsky Dental Care is a family dental practice located in the heart of Towson, MD. Led by second generation dentist Dr. Kevin Welinsky, our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy, comfortable and beautiful smile with personalized dental care. We welcome patients and families from Towson and many surrounding communities to our office, conveniently located off of E. Joppa Rd, close to the Baltimore Beltway.

Born and raised in Towson, MD Dr. Welinsky provides personalized oral health care to all of his patients. Took my 7 year old son there for fillings. Dr. Welinsky was amazing. Thanks to his outgoing and friendly personality, he was able to keep my son so calm and relaxed that he didn't need to be sedated.

Rachael graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. She prides herself on her excellent, and thorough work with her patients, while also putting patient comfort above all. She lives right in the heart of Towson, and is excited to be working with fellow members of her community.

6 years ago I stopped going to the dentist because of a painful experience, then I needed a molar extraction and went to Dr Welinsky. I never thought I will ever say a visit to a dentist for a difficult extraction was pleasant but It was. Dr. Welinsky and his assistant Carrie made it almost pain free. It was as if it’s more important to them that I don’t feel any pain while extracting an infected tooth. I never thought I will ever describe a dental visit as being pleasant. While the same night at 8:50pm exactly my phone rang and it was Dr. Welinsky himself checking on me, no not a robot call

I've been a long time patient of both Dr. Welinsky's and it's always been a pleasurable experience, although I hadn't been during the pandemic. When I returned and saw the upgrades, I absolutely love it!!! Hailey is a breath of fresh air, so personable and very friendly and nice. The entire staff makes you feel very comfortable and is extremely nice.

Love this dentist and his whole office! I’ve been going here about 4 years now and they are always prompt, professional and friendly! I’ve been impressed that they are continually upgrading their technology and are in the process of upgrading and expanding their whole office. Dr Welinsky has gone above and beyond with his care on multiple occasions and definitely makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Welinsky for the first time today for an emergency visit, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. They truly treat you like family. Everyone there is very knowledgable, and I like that they take the time to answer any questions, without feeling rushed. I also appreciate the fact that when I called the emergency line, Dr. Welinsky called me back in just a few minutes. Not too many dentists would do that. I can tell that he cares very much about his patients and his practice. I'm always nervous and anxious about going to the dentist, but

I enjoyed Mr. Welinsky's ability to take care of my teeth.
Overall, the dental work I received was quality work and because of the skilled hands of Mr. Welinsky, the operation went by relatively quickly. He gave me an option whether to get a shot of novacane or deal with the pain I was experiencing. That was very helpful for me to make that choice on my own. Whenever the pain was to excruciating, I was able to simply raise my hand and the dental work would stop. That was very helpful for me to have the option to stop if the pain got too much to bare.

I went to Dr. Welinsky this morning for the first time. I was looking for a new dentist and I'm so happy I found him!! His staff is very nice and welcoming and professional. The Dr. worked on me himself which I found very impressive....great bedside manner!! Great sense of humor...made me feel very comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and gave me a great plan for things I need to do moving forward. When I came in to my office afterwards, I was telling my clients what a great experience I had this morning with my new dentist!! Thanks Doc and staff!!
