This place sucks. There is ALWAYS a long wait, the staff is rude (although I don't blame them-they seem understaffed) and it's overpriced. Save your time and money by going to the 1st floor to babi threading. I went there after shapes told me the wait could be "30, 40 min or longer." They were cheaper, nicer and better. I have stopped going to this place in 2019, cancelled my subscription. Now all of a sudden, I see charges from this store on my credit card this February. I called them to fix the issue. A guy picks up and I tell him the issue, he says that he will get back to me. Time passed and my problem was not resolved, didn't hear back from them. As I was about to call them again, I found out they charged me again!! I called them and told them about my previous phone call and why they are they not taking any actions. This company is ripping off its customers during the COVID19 crisis. I have requested my membership to be canceled since March and they continue to debit my account while all their locations are closed. Furthermore, they offer no real way of contact them. They also steal their employees tips if you pay by debit card.

This place is an absolute SCAM. i used to have my eye brows done here and i have no problem with their work, because its decent. My problem with this company is that they CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW. i agreed to pay $11 a month for just eyebrow threading, but they sometimes sneak in a charge of $15.99 ive told this company multiple times that i dont want a membership with them then they still end up charging me $11 and sometimes more and today (even after i asked to exit their membership program in DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR 2018) i got a charge of $15.99 Today. If I could give zero stars I would. Beware of this place. I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and the woman threaded off half of my eyebrow and tried to play it off like nothing happened. She obviously doesn't know what she's doing and I wouldn't trust anyone else there either. Now thanks to her my eyebrows are ruined. Won't ever be returning.

Horrible customer service - the cashier gave us an attitude when my sister was about to pay, she asked my sister her basic info, she said she couldn't hear my sister even though my sister was just in front of her and gave her an attitude and talked to her in a NOT nice tone. They offer good option for membership especially if you go at least 2 a month. Totally worth it. Staff is friendly and wait really depends on the day and obviously time of day like anywhere else. Sign in, take a seat and then they'll call you over to one of the chairs when they are ready. Only downside is sometimes they are really pushy with selling their make up.

The ladies do a good job but I won't be returning back due to their customer service. It's happened one too many times where I decline their "gift card" special and their friendliness flies out the window. Last visit I literally told the woman FOUR times that I was not interested and when she finally realized I wasn't changing my mind she had a pout on her face the entire rest of our conversation. They have great memberships available. Love getting my eyebrows done at the kiosk. My go to girl is Armineh, she's the best. No appointments needed, just walk in and sign in.

Came her to get my brows done they wait was about 30 mins. It was not bad it hurt but my bros came out good. It was 13 dollars the lady was kind of rude but think it was just her culture saying why didnt I come in sooner cause my eyebrows were hairy. She said is it cause I am lazy . Came in 30 minutes before closing and they said they could fit me in. Was worried about stalling the process so I told them I would like my forehead and brows threaded, sat, and let her begin the process. After my forehead was done, she proceeded to NOT ask me how I wanted my brows shaped and sized, and just started threading them off.
I now have the thinnest brows I've had since I over-tweezed them 3 years ago. They look like they belong in the non-romanticized version of the 1920's. Did not thread in between my brows either. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
