I looooove the cashmere lash trays ! Ive been using them since the very beginning of my lash journey as a lash tech and they have the best lash trays all my clients loooove the overall outcome when i use products from elan.beaute ! I’m sorry but I’d never waste my money on lash trays from here again :/ they crumble up easily, you can’t even make fans out of them . I was super excited to receive my package but disappointed when i went to try them out ..
They’re literally so pretty so this is kind of a bummer for me.

I have been shopping here for almost 5 months now and I have unfortunately received bad customer service. They sent my package to the wrong location and instead of sending me a new one they ran out of products so I didn’t get anything + i ordered on a sale weekend so I lost out on an extra 30$ of my over 100$ purchase. Really unfortunate for a super loyal customer. Love their products but needs a better support for customers

Drove to this store and I spent 20 minutes trying to look for it on foot and on car.... the address given on their social media page was a bad experience.
Went inside the store and nothing felt special about it didn't feel welcomed just got looked at. Received a packages from my order as well for fans and they are cheap quality and die fast. This was for my kits but I'm second thinking it. I bought my own on Amazon and it's good quality and lasts up to three days. Expected more from this brand but that's okay will still shop.

It's an investment in products but as a lash tech you should want to invest in materials !
I personally love how welcoming and helpful they are. The owner also has a clothing boutique and their clothes are amazing ! Their tweezers have helped me so much with volume and fanning !
Did I tell you it's close to a boba drink place too !!

Honestly workers always leave their nose hanging out their mask totally not okay. When I went to get my lashes done, NONE were wearing masks. On top of that, they don't treat all customers the same. I hella see them picking who to be nice to and they will up your prices last minute after the appointment. Will not be coming here again and a lot of girls in the east bay have heard complaints from this store. I really wanted to like it, but na man.

This is my go-to place when I need to grab some lash/brow supplies. They usually carry the Lash Bomb glue, but make sure to call or DM them on IG before stopping by to make sure they have in stock since it runs out quick! I've also bought some mink and silk lashes from here, and it's super soft! They usually have deals online, so follow them on IG for limited time promotions!
The staff here are very friendly, and my boyfriend loves coming in with me to pet their store dog while i'm busy picking out supplies for a good 15 minutes LOL. Perfect way to keep him busy!

I travel all the way from Hayward to get my lashes done here. I've been a loyal customer to the lash techs at this location and they are amazing.
The salon is clean and has a peaceful aesthetic. Rows of lashing beds line the back of the room, with lashing supplies for purchase along the walls. White and pink is the theme here, with floral "curtains" in between each lash bed, and a neon pink sign towards the back. You just feel beautiful already walking in, and radiant leaving with a fresh set of lashes. Ask for Ed or Khoi, they are professional and just all-around FABULOUS. A guilty

This place is SOO cute! I love how the whole store looked and everyone was so welcoming and friendly here!
I felt super comfortable and I got lashed by Anna and she did AMAZING!!! She took her time and checked up on me every now and then. This place is my new go to and I left the store feeling SO GOOD AND POPPIN! Definitely a great place to get lashed at ladies!

I needed some lash supplies for my clients this weekend so I searched up what was around the neighborhood.
I found elan beaute & supplies and directed myself there. First out, ITS SO PRETTY!! It definitely makes you feel pretty, from the flowers to the lights, to the smallest cute set up. I got what I needed and it is affordable!

Elan Beaute is my go to place for lash extensions! I have been to multiple lash salons in the San Jose area and struggled to find a place that can do volume lashes that are thick, long lasting, good quality and at an affordable price until I found this place.
The inside of the salon is cute and super comfortable. They are also the only place that is able to get me in and out in a little over an hour!

I normally don't review non-food related places, let alone write many five star reviews, but Elan really is a lash gem!
I started wearing lashes and getting lash extensions done in the last few years and this place has it all. They have a wide variety of falsies and you can even get your lash extensions done here.
The employees here are also super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated since it's sometimes hard to tell how a set of lashes will look on your eyes. I stocked up on falsies, but will def have to come back one of these days to get lash extensions!

I'm an avid lash extension junky and I've been running around the Bay Area like Goldie Locks and the three bears to find the best lash techs for me. And I think I found it !
All the lash techs at Elan Beauty are great, I usually get mega volume so that when it's three weeks out and a time for a fill, my lashes still be looking full and great. They are able to get a full set of mega volume done around 2 hours or less- which is hella quick and a huge perk for me since I can't lay on that table for much longer then that before I get super restless.

They do my lashes so fluffy and thick, just the way I like them! I get so many compliments for my lashes now, it has really boosted my confidence :)

As someone who has never gotten lash extensions done before, I had an amazing first time experience. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. My technician was Faye, she always made sure I was comfortable or if I needed anything. I loved the way my lashes turned out as well, went for a natural set.
I also went back later on to get some teeth gems! They're super cute (ﾉヮ)ﾉ*:･ﾟ
