Hi my name is Lisa, growing up I always have the passion for the beauty industry. I have obtain my cosmetology license in 1997. My lash journey started with my sister and her success in this industry. She gave me the motivation to change my career from being a hair stylist to a lash artist. Services
Please note picture display is only to give the fullness of the set, everyone's lashes and eye shape are different. This set is 50/50 with a blend of classic lashes (1-1 to ratio) and volume lashes (3D-6D). This set is a fuller then the light set which creates a natural fullness with a soft fluff, and texture.
As a typical human being we shed about 2-5 lashes per day. Some shed more than others. At this time of year you may find that your lashes will not last as long because of it natural shedding. 6-12 weeks. This means that the amount of lashes you have after the week will vary depending on what stage of your lash cycle you are in.
Any cancellation prior to 24 hours will be charged a $25 dollar fee. This is to cover the loss of earnings and other clientele that would like to come in for that appointment time. Due to a short notice we are unable to fill that appointment. When booking online we require a credit card hold for all clients to reserve an appointment.

Cute boutique eyelash salon. Very professional and clean establishment. Yen was just extremely knowledgeable about the lashes and she is extremely friendly and cares about her clients. She explained the entire process and took time at the end to explain aftercare. I went for a semi-natural look with fullness. The process was long but so worth it—very happy with the my new lashes. I am rewriting my review for iLash studio. I came and got my lashes done last week and I was super disappointed with how they turned out. Within a day of posting my review the owner, Lisa, reached out to me and offered to make it right. She brought me back in and gave me a new full beautiful set of lashes that are fluffy and perfect. She showed me all of my options and asked me exactly what I wanted, explained to me the care process, and what She'd be doing - she wouldn't let me leave until the lashes were completed fixed. Clean space, good ambiance and great customer service. This was my first time getting extensions so I was nervous for it to go wrong. Tram is very delicate with my eyes and creates beautiful lashes. I've gone back three times now and always get the Mixed set.
The place is hard to find as there is only a tiny little sign on the window out front but I would recommend this place to anyone!

I can't say enough wonderful things about iLash Studio! I drive down here from SF for a reason. I've been seen by Jessica, Lisa, and Yen, and have been blown away by their meticulous work every time. The studio itself is airy, clean, and super cute (in terms of design). I reached out to Lisa directly as a new client, and she was (and is) incredibly kind, professional, and a resilient business owner as the protocols surrounding COVID-19 continue to shift. I love this place! They follow all CDC requirements and everything is clean. I also appreciate that they use Cavi Wipes (which kills the Corona Virus). Lisa was the best and did such a good job on my lashes. Highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a place that is friendly, professional, and clean.

I wanted full lashes for my daughter's wedding and reached out to iLash. I loved the care and kindness Lisa showed me as a new client. The thought and consideration of possible glue allergies (thankfully didn't happen), lash length, and fills were suggested with my health and comfort taken into consideration.
Well, talk about a lifesaver! At the last minute (less than 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony), my daughter decided to move her ceremony to the beach and 10 minutes before the ceremony, it started rain/drizzle! I had my beautiful lashes securely in place instead of mascara

Lisa is very responsive and accommodating with scheduling which I loved being that I am a new client! The salon is very comfortable which is super important since you have to lay there for a few hours. I love my lashes they are full just like I wanted but don't look dramatic or heavy on the eyes. The only thing is my eyes have been a bit watery/stingknsince then I'm assuming it may just be adjusting or sensitive to the glue used but it isn't bad enough to stop me from going back because their work is great!

my technician did an amazing job. I absolutely love them. I don't really have any eyelashes to begin and was somewhat skeptical if the extensions would even stick to my lashes. She is meticulous, very talented and very apparent that she loves what she does. Def going there again for sure

When I sent a message to book an appointment, someone responded right away with available times!
I had came in early for a removal and they were able to take me within the 5 minutes. The woman who removed my extensions was a saint. My eyes feel so much better now, and she was very attentive and comforting through the entire process. Thank you!!

I've visited iLash Studio twice now and have been keeping up with my extensions every 2 weeks. This is the 3rd lash extension business I've visited over the past 5 years, and they're the fastest technicians I've had. A full set and a post 2 week fill takes about 1 hour or less, and everyone there is professional and kind.
Owner and staffs are very responsive over Yelp messages, text, and call. I truly appreciate their promptness and respect of my time!

I came here after getting a new set of lashes from a different artist with which i was very unhappy. I had come in for a natural look and was given an extremely dramatic set that (while in itself was cute) was not at all what I asked for. I Booked my first appointment (they were able to squeeze me in an hour after my phone call might I add) at ILash studios simply to remove the lashes after the previous artist was reluctant to fix them but I was so pleasantly surprised when Lisa actually offered to fix the set rather than take it off. I get my eyelashes done every month and I live in Fremont, but I will always make the drive out to San Mateo to get my lashes done at iLash Studio. I don't typically know my schedule too far out, so I normally book my lash appointments pretty last minute, but I normally just go to whoever is available during the time I have available. Lisa is the owner and she's honestly so friendly and does an amazing job, but I have also gotten my lashes done by Yen and Thuy and they all do an incredible job. This is one of the very few eyelash studios that I have tried where more than one lash technician is

I got my lashes done by Lisa and she is AMAZING! She is very sweet and very good at what she does. I have gone to different lash places, but Lisa is by far the most knowledgeable and caring. She educated me on how to care for the lashes and made sure I was comfortable through the process. Getting extensions is an investment and you do want to go to someone who knows what he/ she s doing. A handful of times, due to my schedule, I had to wait 4 weeks between my fills. Because I go with the volume/classic mix, 4 weeks still looks pretty good. It's not as full as I like but I'm not left with just 2-3 lashes at this point

I honestly have had much better experiences at other salons previous to this one and have since found a better one in Palo Alto. Maybe it's because the salons in the city are much higher quality in service/staff, but I really don't think this studio is that great (my personal opinion).

This place is good and they definitely know what they're doing. I did a ton of homework before booking my first appointment here and what I like about this salon the most is that eyelash extensions all that they do. I would definitely have to say that the technicians here have really specialize their craft and only focus on eyelash extensions. Getting a procedure like this done is both very expensive and not something you want to play around with using a technician who doesn't do this 100% of the time. Lisa has done the last couple sets of lashes that I have she is amazing.
