Best complex in CM. Anyone saying otherwise likely damaged their apartment and lost their deposit. The staff and maintenance are phenomenal. Sure they were built a while ago but they are kept in better condition than most new apartments. Their landscaping is better than any complex I have seen in CM and they are always improving.

I lived hear for a little over a year. There is nothing positive about living at pinecreek. Rent is extremely high for the quality of apartments. Our apartment became roach infested and Pinecreek’s efforts to get rid of the roaches didn’t work. Carpet is thick and gross. Absolutely zero natural light. Our apartment was next to the pool so we heard kids screaming from the pool day and night. Aircon is barely effective. Kitchen is the worst quality of any apartment I’ve been in. The stove and the cabinet quality is laughable. Parking was also a joke, late at night there is no spots and I’ve

CURRENT TENANT AS OF 2017. You only need to know these three things before settling down to live in in these apartments. One, if you have a noise complaint don't even bother no one cares, not security, not the landlords, and not the police. Just forget it. This place has blasting music, trucks unloading and loading all light, and loud beeping noises from the faulty plumbing in the apartment complex adjacent to you.
