Worst place around regret ever putting my mom here. They lost her teeth twice. Didnt watch her and she fell and broke her hip All this place cares about is the money. Not the patient. I do have to say some staff members are awesome but most are horrible. They also lost her personal belongings such as her wedding photos and clothes

This is the most deplorable place I've ever been in. Administration does nothing but lie. Filthy place. People PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS DUMP. After 2 months I'm removing my mom because of Linda Wheelers lies. Bringing mom home to a clean, comfortable environment. Many phone calls to make this week. Elderly Affairs, Department of Health and more. This place should be shut down.

This place is dangerous not only for its residents, but also for their nurses. Without a doubt the MOST understaffed facility I have ever blindly reviewed. The upper management is recycled every couple of months, and blame is their game. They have rid themselves of all their good staff to cover up their own mistakes, and their residents go without care for entire shifts some days when there are 2 CNAs for 50 residents. Most of the nurses are fresh out of school and do not realize the danger they are in with their nursing licenses here. Terrible terrible facility with terrible management. The floor

My grandmother was there for a few months 2 years ago, the staff were very accommodating and nursing especially were amazing to not only my grandmother, but my family as well (I have a big family and we all visited on a daily basis!). They have a really nice skilled unit and therapy team. My grandmother had a stroke, but improved significantly under their care. Never any skin or care issues. This was a sort of a new process for my family (the nursing home experience), but admissions/social services/nurses/CNAs were very nice and helped us out the entire process; my family is VERY outspoken - for

My father was there years ago, reading the posts for the first time I guess things have not changed. After coming off the ventilator at the hospital, ( he had lung disease ), he could not walk and developed bed sores. He had to go to a nursing home for rehab. The nursing home said they could take care of him, not a problem , they said. To make a long story short, they left him in bloody stained sheets, stopped giving him his water pills because they didn't want to empty the container at night, he started swelling up, we didn't know way, left him on the toilet for about an hour, ( he had two hip

This place needs to be shut down, nurses have an additude, financial and social worker are bullies, intimidation is their game, patient care is non existent, mother in law had pinkeye, highly contagious, they were using baby shampoo and water to clean it!!!! REALLY? after much complaining the mystery doctor finally decided to grace us with his presence and ordered the rite meds. No repositioning, we do it, bathing? lol that's a joke, we wash the feet and arms where brown crud is developing, their ratings are very low, the complaints are numerous, when will something be done? I had a wonderful experience for my mother Helen Walsh during her stay at Heberts. I wish to thank the staff and RN's in the South Wing for the great care given to my mother during the last six months of her life and I know she wasn't always easy due to her age and health.. :) A special thanks to Karen Ardente Admissions Director who always was as nice as one can be and always present. And, a special thank you to Christina and Amanda the RN's and their staff who cared for my mother.( Nursing Directors too) And, I wish to thank Michelle the Social Worker at Heberts who showed empathy and expertise

My Mom wants me as her Power Of Attorney and they will not allow it? This is the WORST NURSING HOME I HAVE EVER SEEN! My mother has been there just a little over 2 weeks and it's been nothing but a nightmare To start, they kept giving her a medication she was allergic to no matter who said anything to them. She would be "out of it" for 2 days, then become extremely combative. They kept sending her out for psych evals!! It was simple STOP GIVING HER THAT MEDICATION!!!! Apparently no one would go out of their way and get the records from the Hospital and/or Dr who originally prescribed her the medication

I have been dealing with Hebert's Nursing Home since the fall of 2015 and really concerned that IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and not really about the residents. Price and rules of the rooms keep changing and recently a lot of the staff were replaced without notice. The nursing staff is pretty good but management seems to be focused on financial income. The maintenance manager or who ever he is seems to be the most miserable person who doesn't smile or talk except to certain female staff members. My reason for waiting this long to write a review is the climate inside the rooms is HOT and there does
