My wife had pulled her back while camping and I was trying to help her stretch.

Coincidental Joseph and his family were our neighbors at the camp site, he saw we were getting it wrong and offered to help right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us training us while reliving my wives back as it was totally locked up.

Are thankful to have had such as good trainer he help us out on his personal time out with his family camping.
