Triplett Dance Academy, founded in 1983 by Roger and Patricia Triplett following their professional dance careers, has trained thousands of dancers with classes in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, musical theater, and welcomed children to movement and music in the Young Dancer Program for over 33 years.
Triplett students have appeared with professional dance and theater companies, on Broadway, starred in MTV's Dancelife, commercials, film, television shows and Disney productions. Our dancers have received college scholarships, student choreography awards, multiple NDA All-American Medals and performed with college dance teams throughout the United States.

Triplett Dance Academy, opened in 1983, has trained thousands of dancers in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, pointe, and contemporary along with a Young Dancer Program and workshops in musical theater. The Academy welcomes all dancers - preschool students, younger dancers and advanced students - to it's classes.
Roger and Trish Triplett, Directors of the Triplett Dance Academy, have established a studio that reflects their years of stage experience and dance training. Trish and Roger met while attending Butler University in Indianapolis where they received Bachelor of Arts degrees with honors. As students, they performed with the Indianapolis Ballet Theater and at the inauguration of the Governor.
The Triplett Dance Academy, located in the Medford Industrial Park at 330 Miller Road, Medford, New Jersey, for the last 22 years, is convenient to Marlton, Mount Laurel, Moorestown, Hainesport, Lumberton, Southampton, Tabernacle and Shamong. The Academy hosts more than 80 classes a week in the three large studios featuring raised sprung dance floors and specialized non-skid dance flooring as well as double ballet barres and full-wall mirrors.
Each Triplett ballet class begins with barre work in which students work on the principles of ballet technique. In their contemporary dance classes, Triplett Dance Academy dancers study both, lyrical and modern dance styles. Today's hip-hop began on inner city streets as breaking and pop-and-lock styles during the 1970's, but now.
The Preschool Program for 3 year olds is the perfect introduction to dance young children. Classes begin with tap to develop rhythm, and instructors introduce counting as it relates to movement and music. In the ballet portion of class, the young dancers work on balance, develop motor skills and begin the stretching needed for all forms of dance.

An amazing facility. Family owned and operated and a main stay in the Medford area. Known for professional instruction and nurturing. Triplett comes highly recommended by not only graduate students but people who experience Triplett for the 1st time!

My daughter has been dancing at Triplett since she was five. She is now ten and I do not have a single complaint. Madison started in Kinderdance which included tap and ballet. She now dances Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Competition. Her dream is to dance professionally and I feel Roger and Trish, the Triplett founders, have done everything possible to guide Madison in any way possible as well as recognize her dedication and talent. Triplett also produces the most professional dance recital I have ever attended. Triplett makes it easy for my daughter to dance her heart out!!

As a former student of Triplett Dance Academy, I can say with confidence that this is the best studio around! Roger, Trish and the entire staff are professional and know how to get the best out of their dancers while still keeping the atmosphere light and fun. The dance concerts at the end of the year are extremely well put together and don't last 4+ hours like most of the surrounding dance studios' recitals. If you want your child to get the best dance instruction and also have a blast while doing so, send them to TDA. I spent 15 years at Triplett and would go back for 15 more years of instruction

Where do I start? My daughter has attended Triplett Dance Academy since she was three. She started with one class consisting of tap and ballet and immediately fell in love with dance. I am sure it was because of the love and attention that starts with the first tap, tap, tap! Trish and Roger Triplett have the most amazing Pre-school program which begins to mold not only the love for dance, but also self-confidence. Through the years, my daughter’s love for dance grew and she wanted more. Again, the guidance of Trish and Roger was there. They challenged my daughter at every level and now my daughter

If you're looking for a dance academy where your child will not only learn how to dance but also fall in love with it, then this is the place for you. Roger and Trish are extremely professional and ensure that your kids are learning dances that are beautifully choregraphed, fun and most importantly age appropriate. Both of my daughters and my neice have danced at Triplett since they were three years old. After seeing other recitals and attending dance competitions with this dance company I am proud to say that no matter what type of dance or what teacher at Triplett taught their class they are
