Very thorough in their home inspection. This did result in the current contract needing to be cancelled due to the inspection findings, but the full disclosures and transparancy on the issues found is what we want in an inspection company. Love that they include video of major concerns in their inspection reports.

LaVaine did a REALLY thorough job with our home inspection. The report was very comprehensive with lots of pictures. When we couldn't quite understand something in the report, we left a message at the office, and he returned the call the same day and walked through it with me. There are less expensive home inspectors in the PIttsburg/Joplin area, but remember, you get what you pay for! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Nook n Kranny was a great company to work with! The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant, made sure I understood all aspects of the inspection process. I was informed when making the appointment that I was welcome to be present at the inspection. I and two of my brothers met my inspector (Jake). He was very professional and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection.
