Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I enjoyed Mark's inspection on my home. Mark was professional.
I liked the layout of the report, easy to understand and read. I also
appreciated his opinion overall, it helped me alot whether I should move forward or not. Buy Mark's home inspection without having any reservations.

Inspection was less than adequate. After inspection we found that one gutter was falling off and one outside water faucet was leaking, both of which you would think a good inspector would have found and included on his report. But they did find mold under the house and gave a bid to resolve to the tune of $4000. We got the mold resolved for less than $100.

Mark was great to work with, both in person and on the phone. I was present during the inspection, these guys really did a great inspection. I left knowing what they found, they explained their findings as they did the inspection and didn't seem to mind me being there at all Price was very fair and I had the report the next day. I will absolutely deal with A-1 for any future inspections.
