Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.

Veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly, personable and caring. They are great at customer service for both you and your animal. They are also extremely fair with billing and try to work with you as much as possible. Can’t find a single bad thing to complain about.

I saw a stray kitten underneath a truck in the rain off of Federal Hwy. I took him to Imperial Point and they were so amazing! They quickly assessed him and ran multiple tests to make sure the little guy was okay. Very thorough examination as well. The doctor was kind enough to look at him for free which just proves that their main goal is to save animals. The receptionists were awesome and everyone was very concerned. They really do care about you and your animals here. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I highly recommend this veterinarian office the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable the doctor is amazing very nice and very professional. I LOVE this animal hospital! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff are so friendly! They always treat my kitties so well and always work slowly and gently with my more shy cat. The veterinarian is professional and listens well to any issues your pet has. The office is so clean, you would never know it had animals in it. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice!

Hi I visited Imperial Point hospital today for my beautiful dog Toby. This is the first time I came here. Dr. Edelson was awesome. They took my dog in as an emergency visit. They gave me a complementary visit because I was referred by someone. The girls were awesome as well and very informative and very caring about my dog Toby. I will definitely return here again. We are so happy that we found Imperial Point Animal Hospital in Delray Beach to care for our fur babies. Dr. Edelson is amazing as is his staff.
