Having a dead battery isn't a great way to start off your day...luckily, I was still home. I called AAA and they said they'd dispatch someone. One minute later, All Over Towing called to say someone would be there shortly. 20 minutes after my call, Anna from All Over Towing arrived.
She was very friendly and helpful. My battery is only 1.5 years old and was still covered by warranty (save your receipts & buy national--I had moved from MI right after I purchased the battery). Anna and her equipment let me know I needed a new battery.

Best towing, lock out, etc...service EVER! I have AAA and have used these people several times, Cheryl is BY FAR the best auto help I have ever gotten! She's knowledgeable, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the aid you're looking for. She really seems to care, more than I can say for the majority of tow drivers I've dealt with. If you need help, call this company and request Cheryl....seriously.

If you need a tow, you should probably push your car to it's destination before calling this place... AAA sent them out this morning. After flagging the driver down I handed my wife the AAA card and hoped in the Uber car to get home and pick up my car so I could meet them at the garage. Now, here's where the stupid comes in. The driver, in all of his infinite wisdom, told my wife that since my name was on the card and I had left he wasn't going to tow the car because I wasn't there.
