Dr. Amy began her nursing career over 20 years ago. Originally trained as a pediatric critical care nurse, Dr. Amy quickly realized her innate ability to care for children. Throughout her dynamic career, Dr. Amy has cared for children with a plethora of severe and chronic illnesses.
Dr. Amy also holds a certification as a Registered Nurse First Assist, allowing her to be a key member of a surgical team, working along with surgeons in difficult surgical cases.Dr. Amy received her graduate training at the University of Pennsylvania and is a board-certified pediatric and adolescent nurse practitioner.

I am a new patient of Cristina. She is a kind, attentive, a consummate provider. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Seeing her has been completely life changing. After a year of struggling during the pandemic I put off my mental health. I felt like I could be completely transparent with her without any judgement. Without getting into my medical particulars, I feel my treatment has been highly professional and appropriate. Cristina Sertway is absolutely AMAZING! She goes above and beyond for me, listens extremely well to my concerns & doesn’t give up until she finds the medication that work perfectly well together for you! I would recommend this practice 100%! Everyone from reception, to scheduling is so sweet and caring. And I love the patient portal. You can send the office & the provider messages, telehealth, request refills & appointments as well. And they are so good with responding to your emails quickly! We have the pleasure of working with Dr. Amy Carnall with my son. She is so very thorough and shows so much compassion and understanding with what we are dealing with. We will continue to see her for my son and trust her with my child’s best interest and well being. Look no where else if you need help for you or your child. Dr. Carnall is extremely helpful and so thankful to have her on our sons team and know she wants the best for him as much as we do as parents.

Hands down the BEST psychiatric practice I have ever utilized, and considering how many previous pyschiatrist I've been to THAT is saying something!!! There are so many positive things which I could say about both staff and the therapists (which in my case was Ms. Christina) who work in this office that I'm not even sure where to begin😊 Probably the most important thing I could say about Clarity is they have that they have that oh so often missing sense of true human compassion!!! They are not just your typical "pill pushers." Anyway, my only "complaint" is wish I could visit the office more

Dr Amy is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. She’s the best doctor I could ever imagine for myself. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth, and stern when she needs to be. She completely changed my life for the better. I really don’t have enough positive things to say about her and her practice. Maureen at the front desk is also a sweetheart! I found this place during one of the hardest times of my life. I was able to get an appointment, sat down with, Cristina and she was able to diagnose me and put me on the correct medication. I was a total mess during my first few visits. My life has since changed. The staff is friendly, courteous and informative. The practice is nicely decorated and feels homey. This was the best money I have ever spent on myself.
