I cannot say enough positive things about Sir Francis Cleaners and Francis himself. I have been using Sir Francis for a little over a year and my experience has been 100% positive. Pick-up and delivery has been reliable, cleaning of clothing has been perfect and he always sends a reminder text the night before pick-up (which I need lol). Sir Francis has really come through for my family, fixing a stuffed animal for my 5 year old daughter and specially delivering it to our home (during COVID 19) and he even decorated the bag. My little girl was so happy Nala was repaired! Sir Francis is the epitome

Looking for a good dry cleaning service, was the first thing I did when I moved to Westwood. I'm very peculiar about my cloths and I have to say after using Sir Francis for over 3 year, I'm a very happy customer. Why? Multiple reasons, quality service, pick up & delivery, convenience, etc.... but if I had to say just one: THERE'S NO RESTAURANT LIKE THE ONE WHERE THE OWNER COOKS AND SERVES YOU! Francis is the guy behind the counter and supervises EVERYTHING. He's so nice, he's now even my Facebook friend. Touché

We moved to Westwood 2 years ago and finding the "right" dry cleaner was important to us as busy working professionals. Sir Francis Dry Cleaners is by far the BEST customer experience I have ever had from a small business and that really says a lot as I'm a very tough customer, just ask my wife...
