Extremely ignorant and doesn't care if neighboring businesses lose a customer. With two entrances to this establishment and having a vehicle to large to fit into a proper parking space pulling over quick to grab a coffee is absolutely out if the question to this man does not want to worry about others only himself. I did respect your property sir hints why I left the second entrance to your property open for customers while I ran inside for literally one minute and thirty seconds I timed it. I can see if I sat and took a break or was there for an extended period of time. But hey you keep being

The staff was friendly and helpful. The machines do not take quarters. You have to invest in a $1 laundry card and that can only be purchased with a dollar bill not credit card. Then the card can be loaded with more money with your credit card. Looks like they take MasterCard and visa. First time here.

Emerson Cleaners is the best cleaners around. Craig goes out of his way to make your life easier by turning your clothes around when they should be ready with the help of Rich, Fran and Bev. I have been bringing my families clothes to Emerson Cleaners for years. If there is a stain on a favorite piece of clothing that you think will never come out Craig will try his best to get it out. He has never let me down. Emerson Cleaners has all of the updated "green" cleaning products and he only uses the best hangers. My first time visiting this new cleaner since I work in Paramus and had a great experience. I needed my dress hemmed for the same week for a wedding . The turn around was very quick and reasonable in price. They definitely gain a New customer... Very professional, friendly staff and they really are on top to make customers happy !

Great service and great care of your items. We've been going to this place since moving to town, and have been very pleased. Craig and his staff are very knowledgeable about the work that they do. They are open and let you know the risks of dry cleaning certain articles of clothing. So far, they have done a great job cleaning my work suits and ornate gowns. An added bonus is when I bring my kids, and they are offered a lollipop. :)

Such an awesome place to take my dress shirts for quality dry cleaning! I found this place on Yelp - I don't really know how or what I searched, but thank the Yelp lord's for revealing this gem.
I live in fort lee so it's a bit of a drive, but very worth it. The prices are cheap and top notch quality job!!!

This was my first time using Emerson Cleaners. As I walked into the facility the gentleman working in the adjoining machine room with the clothes gave me a great big hello as if he'd known me for years. Stepping into the business was just as nice, I was greeted by a woman (didn't get her name, long blonde hair, blue eyes) she was just as friendly as the man who had greeted me. After leaving my suit to be cleaned I received a call from the woman who took my outfit. She said that my suit was missing a button and that if I brought it in they would sew it on for me. If only I knew where

I had some problems with the cleaner I was recently using and had to go on a hunt to find a new one. I heard about Emerson and thought I would give it a shot. Yes, it is true I pass through two towns to get here and pass some 3 or 4 dry cleaners, but after the second trip they are worth it. I wish they delivered to my neck of the woods, but delivery is where I usually have a problem, my last cleaner told me that picking up 2 shirts wasn't worth it....real nice!
I like the fact that you can purchase a garment bag from them instead of using the plastic all the time, that adds up! Thankfully

I have never been so pleased with how my clothes have been dry cleaned! Emerson Cleaners does a beautiful job with any piece of clothing I send to the store. My blouses and sweaters come back like new. My suits looks sharp and look good over multiple wearings. The pick up and return to home service is extremely convenient. I simple leave the clothes in the EC upscale clothes bag and all are returned back to my front door perfectly pressed. After going to some other Dry Cleaners and having my shirts come back smelling like they were cleaned with a large batch of cologne smelling shirts , I went to Emerson. Shirts came back smelling fresh, well pressed and with custom collar stays. Craig ,the owner ,explained that they use high quality soaps and brighteners. Many cleaners use cheaper over the counter soaps made for home washers.

At first I thought this place was okay but not anymore. I submitted one suit to be cleaned and for some minor tailoring. When I got it back they did not press the sleeve that was tailored nor did they clean it. I found a spot. They said they cleaned the suit but missed the spot. Doubt it. So I had to come back 3 days later to pick it up. Now they got rid of the spot but did not press the suit. They tried telling me they don't press suits unless you ask. I was like but you tailored the sleeve and didn't think you had to iron it. They were like "not unless you ask"

I am originally from this area but since I got married we have moved 5 times in 16 years. That's a lot of moving. Both my husband and myself need to dress professionally every day. We do a lot of dry cleaning. I have used cleaners all over the country. Expensive, discount, large, small you name it I have tried them. Emerson Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaners we have ever used.
We have been going there for about 2 years and Craig (the owner) and Rich, his Dad know exactly what they are doing. I spend a lot of money to purchase

I found Emerson Cleaners a few months ago after searching for a new cleaner. I am totally impressed with their quality and service. It's family owned and they really know their stuff. They are the only ones around who use eco friendly Green Earth cleaning and that's just what I was looking for. Highly recommended.
