I contacted them to help me respond to a legal letter my business needed to address. I contacted them through their website and they responded quickly and asked for documentation. I sent them the documentation within a couple of hours of receiving their response.
Cory Close then emailed me asking for the same documentation.
He stated we would discuss the matter once he reviewed the documentation. I sent him the same documentation as I sent the first time within the hour of his email.
Six days pass and I hear nothing from Cory, so I emailed him with a follow up. He responded within a few minutes
