Debra is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. With over 7 years of experience, Debra helps clients access their subconscious mind to challenge and change maladaptive thoughts and behaviors.

She specializes in helping clients with stress management and relaxation, pain control, dealing with unresolved grief over the death of a loved one, anger management, improving self esteem and self confidence, learning self-control and self-discipline, and overcoming fears and phobia.Debra was an Associate professor at Salt Lake Community College for 26 years.
Hypnosis is a tool that is used to help an individual enter a deep state of relaxation where they increase hyperfocus and concentration. This state is often referred to as the trance state. While that may sound intimidating, rest assured, we enter trance-like states all the time. If you've ever found yourself zoning out while you are driving, watching a movie, or reading a book, you've been in the trance state.
You may book your initial consultation or single session online. A $50 deposit is required for single sessions and will be applied to your session fee. Failure to cancel or change your appointment as specified in your agreement may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Prepaid appointments included in packages will be booked on your first appointment.
The success I saw with my daughter encouraged me to have a few sessions with Debbie. I have always struggled with setting healthy boundaries with friends and family.
