I met Johanna many years ago when she helped to sell our neighbor's house after the wife of an elderly couple passed away.
The husband moved to an assisted living facility.
Their daughter who lived in another state has contacted Johanna to take care of every single aspect of the procedure and sell the house.
At that time I have already worked from home, so I witnessed of the every day activity.
Johanna 'inherited" a fully furnished house, built in the 60's, from the original owner and was asked to sell it.
First she sold / donated the personal belongings / furniture, then started working on

Johanna helped me sell the condo my mother had lived in before her passing. She was so caring, detailed and amazingly attentive throughout the process . I had gone in with the idea I would need to spend a lot of money to get the condo on the market. It was in basically great shape, it just need a refresh. Johanna found all the painters, stagers, inspectors and electricians, all of which did great work for great value. At the time of showing, the condo looked brand new. Johanna lost us $15,000 on a deal in which the sellers decided to conduct a land survey with their neighbors 12 out of the 21 days into escrow and it was revealed that a large portion of the backyard in the photos did not actually belong to the house we were purchasing. Throughout the process it seemed like she was on the seller's side and empathized greatly with them.
The worst part was that after the deal fell through due to this she never even once contacted us again to ask us how we were doing or if we wanted to keep looking. Unprofessional and hurtful. We had previously been acquaintances
