I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make my smile mine again. For so many years I've went thru so much pain, emotional pain, you name it. Dr. Raissi and his entire team at My New Smile are incredible to work with. They’re extremely patient in answering any questions and take they’re time explaining the whole process without putting pressure on you to move forward. I got dental implants on just the upper and I’m still amazed at how much they feel like my real teeth. Everything is perfect!

If you are looking for a place to see about implants this is where you want to go. I had seen several dentist to see about implants. This is the one you want. The people are the sweetest. I don't like going to the dentist but they make you feel great. They really work to make your teeth look great. I will missing seeing them. Top Notch for sure. They will not disappoint you.

I came into my new smile at a really bad place in life. I had 8 implants placed at a oral surgery center and all had failed except for 3. The plan was to get snap in dentures. Everyone at my new smile treated me with the upmost respect and patience. I have been through a lot of trauma when it comes to my mouth and they made it very comfortable for me. I had to come in several times for impressions and the day I came in to get my snap one Dr. Rassie gifted me a fixed top denture that does not come out. He felt bad for me that I’d been through so much and still so very unhappy. He did not ask for

Can I give more than 5 stars??! I had my first visit today and WOW! The entire experience was top notch. From the moment I walked in, the consultation, to the tour of the office, all the way til the end was amazing. I've never been in a more welcoming environment. This is honestly the best dental office I have ever been to. Very accommodating staff and cares for their patients. Kat was wonderful and cleaned my teeth gently, like a pro. She definitely knows what she's doing and if you need a good cleaning, she's the hygienist for you. Prices are upfront and fair. Your time really matters to them and that makes all the difference. This place gets two stars solely due to the responsive phone call I received from Dr Raissi regarding my awful experience, otherwise it would be one.
I had the worst experiences ever here, twice. The first time was my second visit, this time for tooth pain, where they insisted I needed a root canal and to do it that day. My insurance has a waiting period, which I found out that day (and I also wanted to get a 2nd opinion), and when I told them I was going to wait, they were a bit displeased, and started pushing alternative payment plans through them on me. I had been faithfully going to another dentist for years and consistently being told that all was well. When I flossed, I'd have an awful taste around a particular tooth and report to dentist and again be told that nothing was wrong. On the first visit, he found out what was wrong! Do you know how furious I was going faithfully to the previous dentist?? So yes, I have a treatment plan with a mound of repair work to be done. Thankfully I have an awesome dentist that is as passionate about my teeth as I am. Thanks Dr. Raissi for your dedication to keeping your patients smiling.
