This is an update of my review from two years ago. I will not be back to Music City Dental.
I made my family appt. six months ahead of time. The Monday before my appt. I called to confirm and spoke with Diane -who is sometimes nice but
Mostly rude - I explained if I could not make the appt. For some reason, I would call and cancel or reschedule. On Wed. I put my phone in the shop for repairs and Diane started calling and texting while the phone was in the ships, threatening to cancel our appt. If I didn’t confirm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit this establishment for an appointment. I can only base my review off my phone call with an extremely rude woman named Sherry. I would be a new patient...was told there was no availability until March/April time frame. I asked if I could come in sooner to at least have an achy tooth addressed. This woman talked to me as a if I were a child stating exactly what she had already said about the March/April time frame. What business doesn't want business? It's a shame that, 1. You are not willing to see a patient that has pain. 2. That you are unable to see new patients

If there was another star, it would have been selected! I had an awesome experience at this dentistry. From the time of walk- in I was greeted immediately and handled professionally by the front desk receptionist Sherry for my scheduled cleaning. I was escorted back by the hygienist Naoine Ishmon and she was really great! She explained everything throughly and concise. She also introduced me to the 5D Itero Scanner which scans your teeth and shows a 5D image on a monitor (which was very cool). After my cleaning, Dr. Terry Spurlin- Moore then came in and explained my charting and results from cleaning

The BEST EVER. FROM MY VERY FIRST DAY I SAT IN THAT CHAIR. I HAD COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN HER. AFTER THE EXPERIENCE WAS OVER, I BROKE DOWN IN TEARS, MY SELF-ESTEEM WENT UP 200%. THE ENTIRE TEAM FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE DENTAL CHAIR WAS OUTSTANDING. I LOVE ALL OF THEM. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE 200% BETTER.

AWESOME!!!! The office staff, and Dr. Spurlin!!! She actually took time to visually show me what is happening with my teeth and gums. I now understand why I'm having some of the health issues I'm dealing with. … My son liked it as well. He even brushed his teeth without anyone having to tell him to! Our visit to MCD was a wonderful, very pleasant experience! Thank you Sherrie for introducing me to such an AWESOME place. Many Blessings!!!!

Dr.Terry Spurlin and the ladies at Music City Dental are beyond amazing! Let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist (especially me) but this was the most pleasant dental experience I have EVER had! I can not say enough great things about them. They go above and way beyond to explain everything to you before it's being done, and to take every measure to make you extremely comfortable. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment today, your teeth will thank you!
