I paid $50 to pack and ship a picture frame with a sentimental photo inside.
It arrived with the frame broken. I had the recipient send a photo of the broken frame, and I went to speak to Shipping Post. The first time, she said she had to talk to the owner but would call me. I never heard from her, so I went back. This occurred 3 times. Each time she said she had called me and/or emailed me, but I received nothing and did not have any evidence of missed connections from anyone else. The final time I went, she said that I should just have the person who received the gift repair it. She also

I can not say enough great things about the customer service here. Sam went out of her way to check on a shipping label I brought in by mistake and had me email her the correct label and made sure everything was fixed. This could have been a huge problem but she made sure everything was ok and double checked my email to make sure I sent her the correct info. Thank you so much you guys are the best!!!!

I had an urgent package to send out, as soon as I walked in there was a smiling lady ready to help. One look at my package's shipping label and she informed me it was already pre-paid and to not even worry about it. She handed me a recipe with the tracking number and I was on my way within not even 1 minute of entering the store! I wish I could've gotten her name to thank her and mention her here because she was so good!! Fantastic and speedy service, I will absolutely be using the Shipping Post for my mailing services again.

Sam and Connor took great care of me. They greeted me right away with smiles and I give my experience here at The Shipping Post a 5/5! They were exceptionally helpful on getting my documents notarized and sent out. And helped me figure out all my document copies. Best service you'll get in shipping and receiving. Try doing the business for a day and see what it's like to deal with people's $%#t. Others go to the post office! You're in the way of good service. Hope your package gets there.

THE SHIPPING POST HWY 22 MANDEVILLE SCAM ALERT!!!
Update to my Mandeville, LA neighbors. Watch out for the scamming at The Shipping Post on HWY 22. They charge one price for box size, but ship in smaller box sizes after you leave the store. Charged 14x14x14 but shipped 12x12x12. This made a 13 lb. Difference in minimum weight, and when comparing to UPS for 12x12x12, I was overcharged about $30. Just a heads up, because even with pictures and proof the owner refused to make it right! Now I will call my credit card company. Be careful at Christmas! LOL
