I was diagnosed with one of the most serious disc injuries of the neck. I began a battle to get my life and health back. The below procedures were necessary to get over the condition and I researched them in debt to restore my health. This crisis created the passion I have now to help others out of these debilitating conditions.
Our custom Chiropractic Sessions will help guide you to discover the amazing wellness potential within you. As a client you will have the option of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) also known as muscle stim, or Hydro-massage for 10 minutes prior to your chiropractic session. And of course, Chiropractic Adjusting and Lifestyle Coaching along with all the TLC that makes Vitality unique.
All new patients will go through our two-part assessment process, where we use traditional evaluations and scanning technology to establish your wellness baseline. This time allows us to connect with you on a personal level to determine if Vitality Chiropractic is the best match for you. Please refrain from heavy work outs, excessive caffeine, smoking, alcohol, wearing perfumes, colognes & scented lotions prior to your exam.
As a current client, periodic well-being assessments are included in your care, and are available every 12 sessions and recommended yearly. We use these appointments to assess your improvement and clarify your wellness path. This visit includes an updated traditional evaluation, a re-scan of your autonomic and motor nerve systems, a 10 minute therapy, a check in of your body, mind and spirit, followed by your regular Chiropractic Session.
TOXICITY - Getting too many foreign substances that cause the body to slow or stop normal function. Structural imbalance as shown can put pressure on the knee and make it wear or fail just like a tire wearing out prematurely due to bad alignment. When the pressure increases, the nerves in the low back that control the knee dysfunction and compound the problem.

I look forward to every appointment I have at Vitality! Dr. Sifford looks at his patients holistically, which makes such a difference in the way a chiropractor is able to help a person feel better. He is constantly continuing his education and has a wide array of medical knowledge. Dr. Sifford also treated me throughout my pregnancy, and has treated my newborn son. All of our experiences at Vitality are wonderful and we cannot recommend Dr. Sifford enough. Heather is also amazing, and she makes the experience that much better. My whole family loves coming here!

I was a long time patient of Dr. Sifford’s while he practiced in Indiana. Before going to him I had chronic neck and shoulder pain. Sometimes to the point of not being able to turn my head without muscle spasms. I had never gone to a chiropractor before to Dr. Sifford and didn’t much believe in them. Dr.Kent Sifford will get you back on your feet! I was down for 5 months with multiple injured disc's L3, L4, L5, and S1. He specializes with these injuries with the proper equipment and most importantly, knowledge! I been to multiple chiropractors in the Rapid City area and he is the only one who knew how to treat my injuries. In 1 month I was able to walk around again! Best practice in the city for back injuries with a very comfortable environment and professional staff. I would recommend Dr. Sifford's practice to anyone and everyone who may be suffering with back pain!

Dr. Mary has helped me with multiple back problems and energy balancing for the last 2+ years and I can't recommend her enough.
