Dr. Chantel has recently opened Pokorny Chiropractic Clinic in South Dakota, serving the Rapid City area. She was previously practicing with her dad and brother in Dickinson, ND. While practicing chiropractic in Dickinson, Chantel was able to provide chiropractic care for all age patients- infants, children, geriatrics, and every age in between.
Dr. Chantel also had the opportunity to care for rodeo, high school and college athletes. During her internship with her dad, Dr. Chantel also grew her knowledge in caring for pregnant woman at all stages of pregnancy. All locations of Pokorny chiropractic clinic utilize the Gonstead technique. This chiropractic technique is very specific, utilizes x-rays if necessary, and is performed by hand only.

I had a severe back pain and was on my way to Urgent Care when I remembered few of my friends raving about Dr. Chantel. I called to schedule an appointment, she suggested getting xrays at urgent care since I was going there anyway. "Doctor" at Haines Urgent Care said they can`t help me and after taking xrays at Dr. Chantel`s request and giving me a painkiller shot they sent me home crying in pain. 2 hours later Dr. Chantel called me to see how I was doing (I wasn't even her patient yet! :) She asked if Urgent Care informed me what was going on, I said no. She told me I had 2 fractures in my back

Dr. Chantel is easily the best. I was in a car accident 10 years ago and suffered severe whiplash. I went to numerous Chiropractors until I landed in her Father's office in North Dakota. He started my treatment and helped me immensely, then I moved to Rapid and started seeing her. Her and her family were the only people who listened and wanted to not only help me get better, but helped me learn how to prevent further injury. Highly recommend.

Chantel comes from a long line of very talented chiropractors, its in her blood! She went above and beyond to get top a top of the line education and it really shows through her work. The Pokorny name is well known in chiropractics, its a name you can trust! She works on all ages, I take all of my children to her, and they love her! I am a full-time traveler and was passing through town, so I researched chiropractors on Yelp. I found Dr. Chantel, who has terrific reviews, and read that she is a Palmer graduate, which is exactly what I was looking for (the Palmer Package is a variety of diversified chiropractic techniques and they work really well on my motorcycle accident injuries). The moment I walked in Dr. Chantel's office I felt a good vibe. She had a big smile on her face and made me feel welcome. She is friendly and professional, and was thorough in adjusting me. She also gave me some tips on how to hold my adjustments

Dr. Pokorny treats you like family the way she cares about your health. My life was in shambles before she was able to help set me "back" on track.
