First, I get to live in this most magnificent corner of New England and I get to share it with others who appreciate the beauty of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I hope my love of the Cape Cod area, and of the Even'tide (short for Evening Tide), is contagious and some of my enthusiasm will rub off on you.

Seven of the cottages- Quail, Chickadee, Seagull, Robin, Towhee, Sparrow, and Kingfisher are rented as housekeeping cottages (linens and maid service are not provided).
All of our cottages are rented by the week except for Tern and Sparrow which are rented nightly with linens provided. Personal checks will be accepted for a deposit or balance ONLY when the check is received at least two weeks before the first day of the reservation. Checks received less than two weeks in advance must be guaranteed with a credit card approved for the amount of the check.

It was. So. Nice. Great staff, clean room. The pool was excellent. And I mean, EXCELLENT. It was an amazing stay. The pool is complete with deep water at the end, several lounging chairs and tables, and an outdoor area. There was a mini park which was lovely, and the room had a good shower. The beds were very comfortable. I would rate this one of the best motels. If you really want a nice pool, GO HERE. Water is clear and clean. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon! It may not look luxurious from the outside, but is truly a treasure. So sweet.

It's surprisingly very clean and has EXCELLENT maintenance and customer service for the price. I had better experience staying here than I've had at 3star resorts from Hilton/ holiday inn/ Sheraton. There are tons of games to play and all of them are well maintained. The propane grill is excellent for grilling seafood while you watch your kids play.

My family recently stayed here for one night while visiting family who were vacationing in the area. The owner was kind enough to rent the room for one night even though weekends require a two night minimum. Four people in a suite, Room #8. One person was in a wheelchair and we had no trouble maneuvering around the rooms. The height of the bed was perfect for transitioning from the chair. I only wish the toilet was a handicapped toilet. But when considering how clean the rooms and grounds were and how nice the owner was, I would have no hesitation to stay again.

We choose the Tern cottage. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed time on the deck and used the hammock. We didn't have time to use the Weber or the picnic table.
On Wednesday morning there was no hot water. I reported the problem and when we returned later that day we had hot water.
Things go wrong. The problem was fixed!
We would defiantly stay there again.

I LOVE this place! My friends and I go here every year in fall after the season ends -- it's still warm enough to swim in the Atlantic (if you like it on the cold side), the good restaurants, etc., are still open, and the hotel and A-frames are situated between the main road (6A) and the CC Rail Trail. My friends love the Olympic-sized pool as well.

My husband and I stayed in the motel for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. The room was pristine and everyone was very pleasant. No bells and whistles here but a great family friendly vibe. It was also very quiet but it was also early in the season...The rail trail was a minute walk from our room and we also hiked to Marconi. Very pleasant walk. Spotted some turkeys! We would def recommend this spot.

A great family destination.
We enjoyed our first visit to Eventide in June of 2014. We found the management team to be pleasant, courteous and professional. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Wifi was always available.
The property is located on off Route 6 but is set back from the road so that we never noticed road noise. A good benefit was that the Cape Cod Rail Trail can be accessed from the property. In addition, there is a nature trail that allows one to walk to Marconi Beach. It is .7 of mile through woods on a narrow path.
Pricing was very reasonable

Stayed here for a sorority reunion week-end and found a hidden treasure. Don't get to this area of the cape often but was so pleasantly surprised by how much there is to do in the area. Very clean and accommodations were great. We especially enjoyed gathering for that much needed coffee each morning in the beautiful outdoor sitting area. Great restaurants nearby and the owners were so helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to do.

We stayed here for three days, two in a queen room and one in a king room. The rooms seemed to be the same size, but the king room had a flat-panel TV and a nicer, newer refrigerator, whereas the queen had a CRT TV and an older fridge. Overall we were satisfied with the rooms: they were good sized, they had a lot of counter space for our stuff, there were lots of electrical outlets, the WiFi worked well, the beds were decent, and the fridge was very handy. This was a great motel for a family vacation. The indoor pool was really nice, the playground and mini-golf in the front, while small and a bit aged, were a huge hit with our 3 year old. We stayed in a suite, which was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again, next time I'd hope to stay longer and in an efficiency or cottage with a kitchen. The sound-proofing between rooms was great!! I NEVER heard anyone in the rooms next to us and they were occupied every night of our stay, occasionally we'd hear the floor creak in the room above us or water running, but

I can't believe I'm the first to review.
Pluses: Modern TV with plenty of channels, Free Wifi, Quiet, Clean, great location in Wellfleet, lots for kids to do at the motel like indoor swimming, ping pong and even a mini golf course in front. They also have available beach permits.
Minus: Maybe it was just our room in the back but we couldn't get cell phone service or Wifi in the room. We had to step outside to access this. Thankfully they provide chairs outside. The walk to Marconi was a bit longer than advertised. Maybe we missed the special path but it took over 40 minutes EACH
