We are a boutique real estate firm specializing in working with Buyers and Sellers in Provincetown. We work for and with our clients to help them achieve their real estate dreams. We think real estate sells itself and what Buyer-clients need is the right agent to find the perfect match. We are those agents.
We represent a variety of single family homes and condominium units for rent in Provincetown. Our properties are owner occupied and rented weekly when the owners are away. We only represent homes that are updated, comfortable and feature high quality amenities that our rental clients expect while on vacation.

Meg has refused our requests for a full refund during COVID restrictions.
We are unable to travel to the property and in fact it is illegal to do so according to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Guidelines. Instead of issuing a full refund they have decided to keep $US3100 - almost half the first deposit.
This is appallingly unprofessional behaviour and possibly even criminal.
I am writing this review as a warning to travellers who are considering booking with Blue Bay Real Estate to engage at their own risk.

Sometimes there are real estate and rental agencies that go above and beyond - Blue Bay is NOT one of these.
This review is specifically in reference to our one week vacation rental at 3 Bradford Street.
The price for even a studio was atrocious- our fault for not knowing it was Bear week and then Women's week.
Pros -
The studio was charming
As the ad raved, the home made custom lighting was kind of cool - if you're into giant bundles of light plugs.
Quiet location
Cons-
My oh my where do we begin.
The bed - so the rental offers either a king size bed or two twins. My friend
