A compression fracture is a type of fracture, or break, that occurs in the vertebrae of your spine. The vertebrae are the bones in your back that are stacked on top of each other to make your spine. Your spine supports your weight, allows you to move, and protects your spinal cord and the nerves. Compression fractures can cause the vertebrae to collapse, which can make them shorter in height.
An epidural steroid injection (ESI) is a common treatment for sciatica, herniated discs, and more. ESI delivers a very powerful anti-inflammatory medication into the epidural space in your spine to relieve pain in your arms or legs. The epidural space is the area outside of the sac of fluid surrounding your spinal cord.
Dysfunction in the sacroiliac joint, also called the SI joint, can sometimes cause lower back and/or leg pain. Leg pain from sacroiliac joint dysfunction can be particularly difficult to differentiate from radiating leg pain caused by a lumbar disc herniation (sciatica) as they can feel quite similar.

First time patient. I was asked to fill out paperwork “as quickly as possible “ waited over an hour to be seen and wasn’t even seen for 5 minutes. Understaffed and felt completely rushed. Dr. Warren might be a nice guy but as a pain relief doctor you might just want to save the trip and go to Walgreens.

I was referred to Dr. Warren after having been through 7 months of Interventional Pain Management at Moffitt Cancer Center with financial assistance. I called his office and spoke with staff, scheduled an appointment, filled out all the required paperwork and arrived at his office for my first visit. He continuously interrupted me when explaining my history, he insisted he didn't need it. When I told him where I was from (MA) where I was treated at MGH, the best hospital in the country, he insulted MA providers stating "they give medication to everyone".

I found Dr Warren and his office staff helpful and attentive.
Dr Warren listened carefully to my concerns and looked over my records carefully before offering a couple of suggestions that may offer some relief for my chronic issues.
He was able to offer an in office procedure that did provide some relief for one of my chronic issues. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to offer an in office procedure for an additional chronic condition that causes me the most pain. He does use a local surgical center for this particular procedure but at this time that surgical center does not accept my Insurance

Used to have to drive to Tampa to get my implanted Medtronics Pain Pump filled. Discovered Dr. Warren over a year ago and so happy I did. First he's local, but better than that he is personable and fastidious about procedure. Also had steroid injections in a painful knee, did as painlessly as possible. Great staff--Maryanne and Lysette

Dr. Warren is I would say one of the best doctors I have had and I have had plenty of them. I like his demeanor he’s always got a smile on his face and before any procedure he takes the time to explain Again exactly what he is doing. Also the staff is wonderful all the girls working they were very sweet and very personable.

From reception to the nurse and especially the doctor, I feel this office is well run and everyone very pleasant and unhurried. The doctor examined me and went over my history, eliciting more information. I felt he really listened to me and is willing to work on pain problems I have had for years without resorting to opioids or shots.
