I have been living here for the past 4 months and I’m truly satisfied with Berkshire The Woodlands! Moving in was easy and Esther manage everything for us! She went above and beyond providing an excellent experience for us!
Management always responds fast and they’re always eager to keep residents as happy as possible! Last but not least, all the Amenities are amazing!

I have lived at the Berkshire Woodland Apartments for over a year and I couldn’t be more pleased! The administrative staff as well as the maintenance crew, are all very courteous, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The amenities are second to none with an amazing Olympic size pool, a great fitness center, a beautiful and comfortable clubhouse where often times different events are held for the residents free of charge. From time to time, the sponsor different events, i.e., pool party with food and drinks. What a great place to live! I hope to be here for a long time. Thank you Berkshire

I was going to post an essay of my experience involving someone who should have better customer service but it isn't worth it. Long story short what appears to be some kind of mold is forming in my apartment and horrible communication is happening in the front office. My lease is up soon and although I've made several attempts to resolve this issue, still nothing has been done. I hope I'm not charged because then that opens a whole different can of parasitic worms. If you are someone who likes to be talked to and not talked at like your incompetent then 10/10 don't recommend.

We have loved living here. Having a garage right under our unit has been AWESOME- we love to grill and being able to roll it out and grill whenever we want has been a game changer for apartment living. The extra storage and workout space the garage provides has been super helpful. Our A/C went out late one night and the maintenance team was quick to respond and get a window unit in place at 11pm during a storm until repairs could be made to the A/C the next morning. Ray on the maintenance team is so kind and quick to respond to any other issues we’ve had. This is the best apartment experience

I’ve lived here for a year now and getting ready to renew my lease for another year. I love the property and my neighbors. The amenities are nice (pool, dog park, workout center, tanning booth, office area, Starbucks coffee machine). Concerns are addressed in a timely manner, Maintenance staff is super knowledgeable and understanding on service requests and they get things done quickly. The property overall is well maintained to keep standards high around here. Looking forward to another year here!

I've lived at Berkshire Woodland for 2 years now and not only are our amenities great but the maintenance staff is awesome and I really think that is one of the best things to have living in an apartment. Rey is always responsive and fast at getting the job done here, definitely someone you want to have on your side! He rocks!!

I'm moving in around October 8 and wanted to share my experience so far. I've spoken with several people and all have been quite helpful, however Courtney has stood out. From answering my initial questions to educating me on the application process, having someone send me a video walk-though, and just now answering some of my goofy questions about move-in, the entire staff has been nothing but helpful, kind and pleasant. I'm excited to be moving in!

I recently had a maintenance request and the person they sent to my apartment was Ricardo, Head of Maintenance. I can't say enough great things about his effort.. He was very personable, completely professional.. he even offered to resolve a couple of other items that were not on my request. What a grate person to have on your Staff!!! Top notch and a pleasure to have the chance to meet!

I moved to this property in March 2019.. It was a great community. In 2020 we all know what happened and we have all transitioned and adapted. Berkshire took over at the beginning of all of the mess. For about 6 months there were no call backs and so much uncertainty. I am very happy to say that over the last 7 months ALL of my concerns have been addressed in a professional and timely manner. What a fantastic team! Tiffany and all of the Berkshire team members have really come through. I appreciate every one of you. Thank you for bringing our community back together and taking care of us!
