I started to go to a big box retailer to pick up a bike, but I am glad I didn’t. After talking with Preston for a while, I realized how mis-informed on types of bikes I was, even hours after reading on various cycling sites. This bike shop is awesome and if you’re thinking about going, just go. If you’re not thinking about going, you should still just go. You won’t regret it.

Excellent neighborhood bike shop! Knowledgeable, friendly staff with good service. I brought my bike in for bottom bracket service and maintenance and they went above and beyond. The bike is as good as new!
There are more “corporate” stores who specialize in expensive bikes, but nothing beats a good neighborhood bike shop. Highly recommend!

Preston was incredible - very knowledgeable and personable. Both him and his partner helped take my bike in and out of my vehicle, replaced its tire quickly, and were very friendly and informative in the process. Will definitely return when my other tire wears out!

I took my bike to Aztec and Preston was awesome!! I was having an issue with my bike trainer. He helped me figure out my issue. He took his time, researching different problems and made great suggestions. I could not have done this on my own. He was an absolute professional. I will be returning for all my bike needs!!!!

Preston is amazing! Very knowledgeable, fun to interact with, and a very kind and supportive person. He seems to know the clientele and the bikes they bring in for repairs. They let you test ride before you buy which is awesome. They also get to know your needs and interests and help you find the bike best for you. Great client service for sure. I highly recommend this shop. I for one will be back.
