Our service staff is professionally trained and certified to work on all makes and models of bicycles. Each member of the Atlanta Cycling service team participates in advanced training sessions with factory service techs several times each year. Whether it's a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time.

Lauren and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me pick up my bicycle even after business hours! I can tell that they really care about customer service. They also did not try to sell me they just gave me information that I needed to make my purchase

I purchased my first bike in 2007 from Atlanta Cycling and every bike since then. This most recent visit AC assisted me with a part I installed on my mountain bike that was not effective with my drive train. Mechanic Will had the issue resolved in less than 20 minutes and offered useful advice going forward. I will always return to Atlanta Cycling, their customer service is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend you check out this store out. I was assisted by Lauren (she is a Pro) with the sale. Also Billy was super helpful with additional information on the bike that I finally decided to purchase. Both Lauren and Billy are super knowledgeable about mountain bikes.

The sales reps in the Vinings location were extremely helpful. I would like to bring special attention to Lauren who was able to help me find comfortable shoes and other items I needed. While in the store, I overheard a conversation between another sales rep and a customer. The customer was looking to buy a bike - from what I can tell, the sales rep provided service that was over and above what was required.

Extremely surprising and disappointing, stood in the lobby of the store for 15 minutes.
One employee a mechanic busy the other with a customer but why would I be made to stand for 15 minutes? Had a simple question I would've taken 30 seconds, never been in the store before and will not be back.
Went directly to bike store on old Alabama and Holcolm Bridge extremely nice and took my question immediately and they were busy, try going there or you will be happier.

I had a very good visit on Wednesday. I'm a beginner and kind of felt a bit like a fish out water but Matt got
me good and fitted and gave me some really good tips. Bob was especially awesome! He too gave me really
good tips and advice. He also listened to me which is something I haven't really gotten at the bike shops I've
visited in the past. They really know their stuff and are truly passionate about cycling and getting everyone
involved in the activity.

Jan was incredible! Both on the phone before we came in and then in the store, she was extremely kind, helpful and patient. She gave us a lot of very helpful information for choosing the best bikes for both my husband and I. We had our in increasingly grumpy 4yr old twins with us and she was so kind and good with helping them pick out their bikes too and making them feel seen and special. She gave great insights on bikes as well as any other items that could be helpful for us. We didn’t feel like just a number there and the service was exceptional. She was very smart and knew her stuff about

Three other bike shops choose not to 'follow through' or 'follow up', as they simply rested on Market Demand and the Supply Shortage as a selling tool.
In a market where supply is constrained - Ian + Breezy still stepped up and provided a level of service and follow up that won the trust and business.

I'm so excited to finally have my bike. With Covid, finding the bike I wanted was nearly impossible. The wonderful staff at were wonderful.
Ian helped me from the day I ordered my bike until the day it was delivered and I could pick it up.
Ian helped me find the perfect helmet and accessories that I needed for my new bike.
Absolutely wonderful experience!! I'm loving my bike and my friends love the fun accessories I have.

I rode the Atlanta Moonride for the first time this past Friday. What a liberating experience. I forgot how fun it is to ride a bicycle.Which brings me to this review. I do not own a bike and called around to first buy one but thinking I would only use it for this event, I decided to rent a bike.
During my call arounds I reached Atlanta Cycling in Midtown. They only had a few bikes left to purchase and the rep was warning me to hurry up and get there before they were gone. They did not rent bikes at all but the rep also informed me of their other location which actually did rental bikes located

This place is addictive.
We bought 2 Trek bikes here... the Neko 3 and the Trek Duel Sport 3.
Everyone is super helpful, kind, intellegent and just outright fun and friendly to talk to.
Chris, Amos, Mike - just great guys all around.
After purchasing our bikes earlier this month, we went in for their Memorial Day Sale and showed our receipts. They gave us in-store credit without hesitation.
Of course, that was spent immediately on our addiction.

My husband and I want to begin bike riding and looked for a shop with great reviews, we found Cycle Works today. I need to get my old hybrid tuned up and he needs to buy his own. As soon as we walked into Cycle Works we were impressed. Greeted with smiles and assistance. My old bike was quickly put on a rack for inspection and estimating purposes, while a saleswoman showed my husband a nice Trek bike at a very reasonable price. Before taking it out 'for a spin' the tech checked it over and we took it outside. Sold! My bike will be ready to pickup in a few days and then we're off

I visited probably 4 other bike shops when I started shopping around for a new mountain bike. Most were pretentious if not helpful (one guy even told me it would take 2 years to relearn a mountain bike if you had been off for a year or so (What?)).
Anyways, when I got to this shop, it was suddenly different. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Jan and Mike went out of their way to research the Trek financing program for me since I could not seem to find a lot of details online. After I decided on the bike I wanted, they were great about making sure the frame would be a good fit

I don't know how I feel about this store... I guess that's why I give it a two, a three would be a stretch if I at least felt they were on my side.
Went in to look at a road bike, it was online at a reasonable price, I first went to another location (the one that was listed as having it online) and they said they didn't have that bike in that size... Well they did but it was their rental. Convenient, as the salesman tried to then push other models on me, when I didn't bite he called the Roswell store. They had one... Not convenient of a drive, but alas I went.
