I was sceptical about going here because of all the comments about how she doesn't listen, yet I went in anyways because it seemed to have high stars regardless of the review comments. I was diagnosed with severe depression and severe general anxiety after a paper that had like 7 general questions of how often are you anxious? I wasn't asked any details of my past other than growing up was it stressful at home. I tried explaining my depressive episodes and anxiety are due to OCD and BPD.Then I was immediately prescribed antidepressants (which were a very high dose for someone who's never taken

Is literally the worst mental care physician I have ever encountered in all my 32 years of psychiatric care.
The front desk is not very professional either!!
I had ran out of my prescriptions and my car isn't working currently, and I am feeling very sick, like body aches and very weak.
The lady at the front desk named Tracy, had arrange a virtual appointment.
I was so greatful.
I waited for my phone call with Dr.Faheem.... it never came, I waited a couple of more hours, before I called them back, to see just what was going on...

I just started seeing this dr back in June.
Back in 2010 I was diagnosed with severe ADD. I was also living hours away. I moved and went down a dark path involving alcohol.
After meeting my husband and having kids I am now taking care of my medical needs.
I told her about everything I’ve been diagnosed with and also did a testing for her aswell that now I have been diagnosed with adhd. Last week beginning of July I had the testing and apt and she prescribed me a medication for the adhd.
I had an allergic reaction to it and immediately called the very next day to let them know.

Dr. Faheem saved my life. I was struggling with mental health issues when I made my first appointment 10 months ago. Dr Faheem immediately put me at ease and truly listened to me, without Dr. Faheem I don’t know where I would be. The staff is incredible always with a smile and very knowledgeable. This office is amazing I would recommend it to any women looking for help. I always know I’m getting the best care when I go to Crescent Psychiatry!

The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever attended. I attended for 7 months and saw the quality of care rapidly decline during my attendance.
First off, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Especially if you have a job. They close randomly throughout the month without reason. After being closed for 6 out of 10 business days in two weeks, I scheduled an appointment for later in the month. When I called to follow up about that appointment, they said they decided to be be closed that day too.
If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment, don’t expect to speak to an actual person

Dr. Faheem is not only a nice person, but also a good doctor. In fact, she pinpointed something that was causing some physical issues that neither my PC nor cardiologist found because they didn’t actually listen to me. And her staff has always been polite and efficient. The previous doctor that I saw passed me on to his PA after the initial visit. Dr. Faheem actually sees me every time I go to her office.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Faheem. When I first met her, she was kind and listened to all concerns. Now she is in a new building and it's like she is a whole new person. The past 2 times I've come, I've made an appointment as the first person in the day so I could be seen close to then. Both times, she didn't even make it TO the office until almost 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, then she stopped to talk to staff about whatever, then saw another patient before me (even though I was the "first" appointment). I have been coming to Crescent Psychiatry for about 3 years now- Dr. Faheem and her staff have never been short of kind to me on some of my worst days. She takes the time to get to know you and even remembers small details months later. Although sometimes things can get expensive they have always worked with me on payments and such so I can get the care I need without the anxieties of payments. I highly recommend her practice. LOVE the new office as well!!
