He felt there had to be a better way and wanted to help others avoid what he just went through. After his bad experience, our founder knew that the mold removal industry needed an honest, straight-forward company to help others.

The price of mold removal varies significantly per job because all jobs are different in size and scope. Mike was really responsive. He came out right away, gave me an estimate soon after, then came out and did the job the next day once I gave him approval. He did a great job too. I've already recommended him to other real estate agents that I work with and passed out his business cards to many people.
I feel like most companies prey off of people's fear of mold, but Travis gave honest, practical and reasonable solutions. Did you know that almost every indoor environment has mold at low levels? It's true! But when there is visible mold in a home or the number of airborne mold spores is higher than normal, a mold problem exists.
When mold is discovered during a pre-sale home inspection or buyer's showing, it often causes major stress for everyone involved. Many times, deals are put on hold or completely collapse as a result. While the existence of mold in the home is unfortunate, it doesn't have to halt a property transaction in its tracks when it's discovered during the home inspection or buyer showing.
Mike from Moldman assured me the discoloring was from minerals due to condensation getting in the room and that, by EPA standards, I could safely clean the area myself. He gave advice on the best way to clean the area and remove the staining. Very honest and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service! Was given an appointment right away. Their availability was convenient! Ralph was punctual, responsive, and assertive with his mold inspection. We bought a house back in July and we finally got to the point to fix a patch of mold in our attic. This company was recommended to me, and I am really happy I went with them. Everything went smoothly, the team was here on time, they were so careful not to scratch my floors, they taped the hallway so nothing would get in the rooms, I really cannot say enough good things about them, and the quality of the work is second to none! I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if need be! Thank you!

The team showed up and laid down protective carpeting from the main entrance all the way into the attic. They set up hepa filters to keep the house fresh, and did their work without generating unnecessary noise (I work from home), and quickly. They treated my family with respect, and the end product was gorgeous. My attic looks absolutely gorgeous!

These guys are fantastic! On time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. My estimator was Ralph and Shaun and Robert came out to do the work. All 3 of them were great people and knew their stuff. Prompt work, very clean afterwards. They did a fantastic job. Would recommend them 100 times over.

Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous and very helpful. Robert and Jay, worked with us, as agreed, to empty the heavy furniture and many boxes out of the basement room that had the visible mold. Their attitude was always positive, and nothing was a problem for them. When the sheetrock was removed it was clear we needed to expand the scope of the work to both downstairs bedrooms. They worked diligently and were able to get the whole job done in the two days they had us scheduled for. It was a blessing. It feels so much better.
