I could not pass up this opportunity to thank Luke for his services. I was concerned about the possible presence of asbestos and needed a contractor to come out to inspect the property for suspect materials. Then collect samples for testing. He was able to set up a date and time to come out to the property within the same week!
Also, I have never worked with anyone who is as determined to get the job done as Luke was. In spite of the unexpected obstacles he encountered on his way to the property, he still managed to show up and complete the job without rescheduling! That is what I call dedication

I highly recommend this company to anyone if they have a mold issue in their home!!! I recently discovered an area of mold in my home so I called Luke Hibbs with the Mold Consultant. Luke came out to my home and did a VERY thorough inspection of the entire residence and within only a few days, I received a very detailed report of his findings. I was able to find out what type of mold growth was in my home and what needed to be done about it to get rid of it (completely and for good!)!! This company was extremely unprofessional. They had promised a full report with pictures and a receipt but never delivered. I had to contact them multiple times to get the full report, at which point the owner was extremely rude and gave me an excuse stating he was unable to provide the report with pictures because of unforeseen circumstances. We had to bother this company for over a month to get documents we had paid 300 dollars for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The way they treated their customers was unacceptable.
