Currently, located in Brookfield, we are certified Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists who offer uniquely tailored sessions to clients of all ages. I injured my lower back on Monday doing a simple movement in Crossfit. I could barely get out of bed on Tuesday. On Wednesday I got a massage from Maison (my first massage from her and first massage in over 6 months). I was 90% pain free an hour after our session. This was by far the best sports massage I have had, and I am an ex collegiate and professional athlete. She has powerful hands! I would highly recommend her!

I've been a client of Chris's at Workout Boss for over a year. It's been great! I've never been stronger and I have a lot more confidence in doing lifts that I never would have tried on my own. The workouts are always challenging; a great combination of strength, cardio/endurance, and mobility. And with the great coaching I know I'm doing it all with proper form.

I get massages pretty regularly and this place was by far the best. Jessica was my massage therapist. I felt amazing coming out of there. The name of the place was a bit off-putting. I was thinking I'd be going into a gym or something. But after that massage all I can say is wow. And I will be returning very soon!
