Our body transformation programs keep your workouts fun and exciting every step of the way. We offer a variety of personal training sessions and group classes (including weight-loss boot camp, yoga, and cardio kickboxing) to help you achieve your goals. One-on-one personal training sessions are private, targeted, custom workouts with someone to hold you accountable.

Improve core strength and flexibility through yoga to accelerate recovery time and burn calories. Cardio kickboxing will teach you the basics of kickboxing with a fun and challenging exercise. Our small group weight-loss boot camps are fun and effective workouts to shred fat 7 days a week. Your blueprint is your customized training and diet plan tailored to help you meet all of your goals, both short- and long-term.

In 2012, the first Body By Design gym was founded out of a church basement with a single mission in mind. Joey Huber understood that to truly redesign your body, you need to redesign your lifestyle. Today, our gym boasts hundreds of testimonials from people who have changed their lives and their bodies for good.
Located conveniently off of I-94, we are within minutes of our Brookfield, Waukesha, and Milwaukee communities! Our large open concept, natural overhead skylights, and up-tempo music create an amazing and energy filled atmosphere. We also host a variety of cutting-edge equipment as well as some unconventional pieces that you won't find anywhere else.
Our boot camps have been rated the #1 Bootcamps in the Greater Milwaukee Area. These are group training programs that meet 7 days per week and are designed to shred fat and build muscle quickly by keeping your body moving through dynamic workout routines! I came here for a free kickboxing class that I saw online on mindbody app. I went there early, before my class started. front desk girl was rude and seemed annoyed with me when I tried to sign in. I said I signed up through this app and showed her my registration and email that I got, she pointed me to locker rooms and I asked basic questions she couldnt answer and said "i had surgery so I havent taken this class, let me know how it goes".

The girl teaching boxing was ok, having kickboxing experience myself I wasnt impress. The bags are too close together, the combos for newbies were

I signed up for the 6 week challenge, and completed it with losing over 20 pounds and 5 percent body fat. The hardest part is just following the food chart and actually eating food that is good for you and makes you feel good too. I was someone who was very active before going there so I didn't think I'd do so great losing the weight but following there nutrition plan made it happen. I tried a variety of there classes as well as different hours of the day. Each instructor was knowledgeable and motivating without being overly aggressive. I recently completed my 6 week challenge at Body by Design, and am ready to give my honest review.

The combination of exercise and a simple diet works. Period. BbD emphasized that the combination is what is required to truly see meaningful results. They were right. After my first week I started to notice that I had WAY more energy than expected, and each week after that, I would see meaningful progress. While the classes were adequate, they were definitely not worth the hefty weekly price tags. And the classes are very hectic and it's hard to have exercises tailored to particular needs/injuries. And while the 6 week program is advertised as free, you must pay the weekly membership fee to participate. Finally, when I needed to cancel my membership because I could no longer afford it, I was still forced to pay for my membership for 30 days. Something I could not afford.

I would tell anyone who goes here or is considering to spend money on training to turn around and run away. The owner is extremely rude, arrogant, and thinks he knows everything. Very unprofessional as well. I was a personal trainer for over 10 years and was an employee here for 2 weeks before I quit because of how disorganized and dysfunctional this place was. Here's a perfect example of how unprofessional they really are:

I completed my Six Week Bootcamp Challenge, and am writing the required, "honest" review included in the terms when I signed up for my "Free" 6 week challenge which cost me, all told $441. But I get ahead of myself. I really want to give an honest, useful review, and I will write from good to bad.

Food Program: 5

I had a decent experience at this gym. I went through with the 6 week challenge program, I didn't do the lifestyle membership. Which the 6 week program itself is crazy expensive, only to be able to take 3 classes a week, with a mediocre diet plan and an accountability coach, I found wasn't entirely worth it. Especially since once completing the 6 weeks if you want to continue with a lifestyle membership only pro-rates the price of that so much. You're still paying a weekly price. I don't want to put out that pricing, since idk if I'm allowed to.

Best bootcamp/fitnesses classes I have ever done and I have done many ranging from personal training, bootcamps and spin classes. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and will challenge you with every class. Each exercise caters to every level of fitness from beginner to expert and everyone is made feel welcome and like family. Love this place and the results I have achieved in just a few short months!

Amazing facility with very knowledgeable and motivating trainers. They have lots of classes at different times. Staff is very creative and the combination of exercises and nutrition plans they suggest gets you the best outcome for the effort you put in. This place is fantastic! There are plenty of class times to choose from, a kids play room, the facility is always clean, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. All of the trainers are amazing at making the workouts fun and adaptable to your own personal fitness level. They provide you with a personalized meal plan to help keep you on track with your diet and it is full of great meal options. I have been physically active for years but hit a plateau, and because the workouts are so different each time I am finally getting the results I have always hoped for!

I have had such a positive experience at BBD...
I was never a fan of group classes but after a few classes and one day that was especially tough... I was hooked. I realized I needed the help... this gym helps you to stay on track and stay motivated.
The classes are the perfect length, only 45 min.
There are a plethora of classes to choose from...
All the instructors have different styles, you will not be bored!!!
They offer everything from yoga to kickboxing, as well as personal training.
They also design a meal plan and trust if you follow it, it works!

I have found Body By Design to always be a clean, welcoming, and invigorating club. I was referred to the Boot Camp by my cousin and found them both as fun as they were challenging. While getting more fit myself, I became encouraged to enroll with her personal trainer by watching their workouts while at Boot Camp. My cousin had become ripped!
I am just reaching my first year of training with Justin Plez and I couldn't be happier with the results! Justin has taught me how to strength train with proper technique, has made cardio workouts new and fun, has shared proper eating plans for me

I love Body by Design. The best training staff and the best clients out there. Everyone is so supportive. The best gym I have ever been a part of. The trainers are what makes this place so amazing. They listen to what your concerns are, adjust the exercises to your level, give more pointers on things to work on while your on your own, and the classes are ALWAYS different. The one-on-one training sessions inspire you and make you want to work harder. I joined this place to lose weight.
