I’ve been with José Antonio Soto State Farm Agency for many years now. Excellent service from Mr. Soto and from Mrs. Polly Moreno. Every time I call or need something Polly comes to my rescue along with Mr. Soto. Im treated like family. Love them and would recommend them over and over again. Jose Antonio and his team are the best insurance agency in Oro Valley and Tucson! He helped me when I first moved here and I was going to the U of A and he has always explained everything to me especially when I was in an accident. I will never leave them!!! Many other agents and their staff from either State Farm or other companies have tried to lure me away but I can tell they are not ethical at all or they're lying Ugh!! I appreciate Jose Antonio''s and Polly's honesty and I can always reach them (I even have their personal numbers!) He and Polly treated me like family. Actually my entire family

We went in for an insurance review and saved a significant amount over our previous coverage with another company. Mr. Soto was very helpful in explaining the options available with respect to the coverage and the associated costs. We moved both homeowners and auto to State Farm as a result.
