I ordered an urn for my brothers memorial from online( another company) and one of the numbers was incorrect. With a few days prior to the memorial and no time to send back the urn, I was in an extreme emergency situation. Both associates that assisted me were helpful and gave me options. They fixed the problem in two days instead of five and got it correctly as I described and we discussed. I was beyond thankful and the customer service was wonderful, great staff and the co owner Shelley are passionate about what they do. Highly recommended!!
