I needed name badges for the employees of my small business. The engraver I used to use in Rancho Bernardo went out of business, so I sent requests for several in the San Diego area. Dell Awards came back with a great price and, after showing a picture of my current badge, was able to almost perfectly replicate it. They were done in a timely manner and look great and at a great price! I highly recommend Mike and Dell Awards and I will definitely be using them in the future!

I had some very sentimental glasses that I needed engraved that came out beautifully. The services were affordable, there was a short turn around time, and I was very satisfied with the finished product. Mike was very receptive to what I was looking for and very communicative. When I visited the store for drop off and pick up everyone was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

Love love love this shop! Mike is so nice and was very patient as we decided on which fonts to go with. He took the time to explain (since we had brought in our own wood) that he may have to put in color or make changes if needed, and sent a proof quickly. Ultimately, it was exactly what i had been looking for, and I'm super happy with the final product!

Whenever I call I'm greeted by such a friendly voice and that voice belongs to Mike. He is tentative, listens to my inquiries, and did not try to upswell me once. I was able to email my photo that I wanted engrave on a walnut cutting board that is going to be a gift for a friend. I was given an estimate project completion date and despite COVID they were able to complete it ahead of schedule. I am blown away by the craftsmanship and friendly service from this place. My friend also loved his custom cutting board. Can't recommend this place enough!

Simply the best! My family has been a loyal customer of Dell Awards since the early 80's. I've used their services for personal and business. I now live in Northern California and I still have all my work done there. The time and costs involved to have work done 600 miles away is TOTALLY worth every penny!!!!

I have called upon Mike and his team at Dell Awards for the past 6 years, every Spring, to create an award plaque for an elected student in my college curriculum. We honor these students at our graduation award ceremony.
The plaque is always high quality, created within a few days of the request and delivered in less than 2 weeks. On 1 occasion, there was a misspelling of the student’s name, and the turnaround for a new plaque was within a week.
I absolutely recommend this company for the work they do and their exceptional customer service!

I can't say enough great things about this place! They will be my shop for ALL engraving, plaques and such from now on.
I had a plaque I needed engraved. I have always gone to a different place because I didn't know any better - lol!
I ended up here (thank God) because they stay open until 5:30 pm and I was in a huge rush trying to get there in the middle of a traffic jam. I got there when they were closing. They STILL helped me and got my order in!!!!!! Customer service is 10 stars and beyond.
They were done earlier than I expected, which is ALWAYS amazing :)

Wow, just wow. Had a plaque made for my buddy's memorial and Dell awards did an amazing job. I had Mike help me and with his recommendations the plaque came out great, he was even able to fit 2 pictures side by side on the plaque and made it that much more memorable. Mike and his staff never cease to amaze with their knowledge of the industry, variety of products, or timeliness with completing projects. I would NEVER dream of going anywhere else for our awards and/or engraving needs, they have our families business for life!!!

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND AND GIVE MIKE AND HIS TEAM AT DELL 5 STARS!!! Mike at Dell is outstanding! He is very personable and professional and will bend over backwards to assist you. I called on a Wed, Apr 20th needing a crystal trophy made for a customer. My mgr had forgot to ask me to handle for an event which was taking place the following Tues. I called and spoke with Mike and asked if it would be possible to turn the trophy around in that amt of time. Take it, they're in California and I'm in Texas! I looked local but my mgr really liked a particular award they offered on-line

Wow, I am giving a 5 stars to Mike for being an outstanding business guy. He was very responsive and offered a lot of different solutions to our priorities for name tags. Even though it didn't quite work out, the fault was totally mine.. and I think if it were any lesser business they would've raved and ranted at me. However, Mike was a complete professional and I will be sure to keep them in mind for next time. Also- their name tags.. top quality- you will be very happy!

Great place to do business. I ordered an engraved switch plate for my boat. It took a couple of days and it was ready. They made the last one 20 years ago, it still looked good, but I wanted a new one to go with my new boat interior. The service is great, small town friendly,
But they have the right equipment to do the job right.
The store is full of trophys and plaques to choose from, and their prices are very reasonable.
