When will my order ship? Our normal production time is 5-8 business days. Do you offer Rush Shipping? We offer rush production time of 3-5 business days for an additional fee. The order will ship on or before the 5th business day and mailed via USPS. Do you ship APO/FPO or internationally? Currently, we are only shipping orders within the Continental United States.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received....or rather the lack of service. I wanted to have my husbands Navy plaque engraved. She said she could attach an engraved plate.
At first I asked a few questions about her opinion about the color and placement. Understandably she said she wanted to do what I wanted not what she wanted. (At this point she was quite snippy. But I just pretended I didn't notice and just went on with it. .)
Then I asked professional questions; how big is this particular font. That's when she got intensely nasty. "I don't know

I am beyond thrilled!! We didn't know if the laser would work with the thin 2x4 wood but they said if it didn't work that we could then cover it with a small engraved metal plaque. It turned out way better than I expected, I love it so much! Would absolutely recommend this place not only for the great work but also the incredible customer service!

Awesome business! The owner, Katie, is very friendly and puts customer service first! I took in a gem to be engraved for my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary and it honestly turned out more beautiful than my family and I had hoped! We cannot wait to give this gift to them! Awesome!! I ordered trophies for our boys soccer team and they turned out better than I could have hoped. The quantity was great - and the price was even better. We had some email issues and I didn't receive the invoice - and then forgot to pick up the trophies on time. I emailed Katie, and she worked it out so I could pick them up on a Saturday even though they were closed. Such amazing customer service! This is definitely our go-to place for trophies from now on!

Great little family run business. My husband has ordered custom plaques here twice and we've been happy with the quality and the price. Customer service is good ... we brought in our last order just a couple days before they were taking a holiday break and we didn't expect it done until after the new year, but they pulled it off somehow. Great job, guys!

RUDE and lack courteous customer correspondence. Contacted Rex Trophies via email on numerous occasions inquiring about a product which is part of their website catalogue. Can understand that one can get irate by receiving repeats of an email but it should be an indication that the prospective customer is desperately in search of the product. It however in no manner justifies the rude reply received from Rex Trophies and hereby I quote "No. Do not email again". Honestly very disappointed in Rex Trophies especially after reading all the good reviews.

Called two other competitors (one of which I have had do 4 jobs for me) and neither could do a day turnaround. I then then found Rex Trophies and spoke with Stella - she is delightful. She was able to not only do the job the same day with engraving, but also modified the trophy to match our team colors. Thanks Stella!!!

Always fantastic, friendly service. They go over and above to do a good job. I have never been disappointed, and have used them many times for coaches gift plaques, trophies and medals. They rock! I'm not sure how their prices compare to Game Day in town, but I do NOT like their customer service over there. Very nonchalant and uncaring. At Rex's they are nothing but friendly and helpful.
