The staff was very polite, cheerful, and proactive in helping. The receptionist was on top of asking for my parking garage ticket to get validated. And the doctor came out and let me know that things were running behind by 5-10. Just keeping me informed so I’m not just sitting and wondering if they forgot me was very professional and comforting.

Vision North is a great place to manage your vision! Both doctors are great and they can seamlessly work with you and your vision needs based on their schedules. I got glasses and contacts through them for years until recently working with them to get lasik done and continue to see them for follow ups!

The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the changes in my vision, the options in terms of corrections and provided me with the necessary information to make my choice. The whole check in and registration process was efficient and thorough. All the staff was very kind and the facility very clean.

Can’t say enough good things! The overall process here is so smooth from booking an appointment to emailing about frame coverage to actual eye exams. Everyone is helpful from Kelly at the front desk to both Dr. Paul and Dr. Bergstrom to Mark at the optician seat. Great technology keeps track of everything and makes it easy. And they always max out my benefits or tell me how if they can’t!

I have been going to Vision North for three years now, and it's by far the best eye-doctor experience I have ever had in my twenty years of managing increasingly poor vision with contacts and glasses. Dr. Bergstrom is incredibly knowledgable, caring, efficient and kind. I have felt entirely cared for since my first visit and I recommend her to all family/friends/co-workers! She always offers the most up-to-date contact lenses and I've gotten to the point where I forget I am wearing them because they are so comfortable. The friendly, efficient and communicative and accommodating staff can't go unmentioned

I’ve been going to Vision North for about 4 years now, and have always had really positive experiences. Carla is super warm and friendly, always does a great job of explaining the different exams, what they’re for, what the results mean, etc. The front desk and sales folks are also really helpful in explaining vision insurance benefits, the different options that are covered (frames, lenses, anti-glare/ scratch coatings, etc), and finding the best goes to fit the look and feel you’re going for.

I cannot recommend this eye doctor more. The office is extremely clean and comfortable feeling. I had never worn contacts before and came for a fitting. Dr. Cayla Bergstrom was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and understanding as I was extremely nervous. She let me drive the appointment and did what made me feel most comfortable. The other staff is also very friendly and willing to help. There is also a wide variety of glasses to choose from as well. Come here if you can!
