Rosies and Posies were so wonderful to work with. They made the whole process of selecting the flowers and arrangements for my daughters wedding very easy. They met with us and worked to make our very specific vision reality. So personable, very accommodating and reasonable pricing. In August I received a floral arrangement for my birthday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers. The roses all had wilted edges and the other fill flowers had their petals curling up with brown edges. I called to discuss the issue with the owner who agreed to make a replacement arrangement and send it to the house during a specified 4 day window. That was my mistake as I should have demanded a refund since the replacement arrangement had numerous delivery dates but it didn't show on the promised dates The shop never took the initiative to reach out to explain the delays

DO NOT trust them. I made an order last night, didn't charge my bank account, didn't send me a confirmation email, and this afternoon they called me saying they delivered it. I literally assumed since they didnt send a confirmation and didn't charge my bank right away that the transaction didn't go through. Like anyone would! The first associate I spoke to was rude, talking over me, horrible customer service. Rubin is the manager I spoke to, promised he'd send the timestamped email confirmation to prove to me that they sent it, but they never did. They are a scam. They

First of all, the best customer service I’ve received. Malak was so helpful. I had to reschedule times and she was so patient and flexible with me.
I ordered an arrangement for both Valentine’s Day and a birthday. Both arrangements were amazing. Malak does a very thorough and detailed job, that’s the reason I’m a returning customer. I highly recommend this flower shop.

It was so hard to find a good flower shop around during the virus when I came across Rosies and Posies. My goodness, am I glad I did!
I was trying to find the perfect bouquet for my mother’s birthday and Rosies and Posies helped me so much. It wasn’t only affordable but let me tell you, Malak was so understanding and nice. She arranged the best sesame bloom bouquet I’ve ever seen.
I’m very glad with this shop and I sure will be back to shop more here.

Malak and her team with Rosies and Posies are incredible. I was married on Feb 6 2021. Malak exceeded my expectations. I have never in my life seen such gorgeous flowers. My bouquet was out of this world jaw dropping gorgeous. In fact, I am wanting to preserve my bouquet. Malak made my vision come to life. The alter pieces were so sensational. I called Rosies and Posies to order an arrangement for a very dear friend who suddenly became a grieving widow when her husband unexpectedly passed away last weekend. Malak, the owner, was touchingly warm and sympathetic to my friend's loss and agreed to prepare an arrangement and deliver it within a few short hours, from Milpitas to Campbell, without any hesitation whatsoever. This is now my go-to florist. I originally called Citti florist and they could not accommodate a 9:30am delivery Saturday for a celebration of life. I called Rosies and Posies and Malak was super sweet and kind. They were able to deliver the flowers to the service. The other challenge was the service was held in a park and I wasn't sure what part of the park. When we arrived at 9:30am at the park the flowers were there. When I saw the arrangement it really took my breath away and I can tell it was done with such care and thoughtfulness. Thank you for making such a special arrangement.

I received a bouquet for my birthday. 1st the delivery driver was super rude when she handed me the flowers. Some of the flowers were already drooping when I received it. Within a day half the flowers are starting to die. I added more water hoping to revive them and it didn't work. Less than a week later most of the flowers were already dead. I received my flowers on Thursday. The picture was taken Tuesday morning.

I called from Philadelphia today (Sunday) and requested a same day delivery for a friend's birthday. Typically the shop does not deliver on Sundays. The owner was so accommodating and personally delivered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers to my friend on her way home. Highly recommend! Great service and beautiful flowers!

Very, very pleased with the funeral arrangements for my mother's service. The cross arrangement was absolutely Beautiful and it lasted for an entire 12 days! The customer service was so kind & understanding during this difficult time. They delivered in a timely manner to the cemetery. They also did ten boutonnieres for the pall bearers and family. I have also received flower arrangements from here and they were the utmost freshness and quality. Very impressive! I will use them for my daughter's wedding :)
