The arrangements my fiancé had ordered turned out better than we imagined they would. Even my bouquet it was so beautiful and packed with flowers. I was worried it was going to be half filled or too skinny but it was perfect. And its been a couple of days since out event and the flowers are still super beautiful! Thank you to D'lily's flower shop for making our day so much more beautiful!

I was truly blown away and so was my girl! First class service and amazing end product. Here's my story - I live in London, UK and it's Valentines Day in about 5 days. I want to send something amazing to someone special in Aptos and contacted 8 more local florists (via email, Facebook page and phone). Nobody responded on FB and only 2 out of 8 replied on email, both saying they can't fully complete the order (14 roses + lillies + 1 or 2 others). The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and everything we had hoped for. Roses were our father's favorite flower and this was such a special tribute arrangement for his funeral. We couldn't have asked for a more spectacular arrangement. The flowers were full, in perfect bloom and in pristine condition. I would highly recommend D'Lily's for any of your floral needs.

I placed an online order for birthday flowers a day before my desired delivery date with no issues whatsoever. The flowers were delivered today and the recipient just sent me a photo of the flowers and called to let me know what a beautiful bouquet she had received. D'Lily's did an amazing job with the arrangement and even went as far as handwriting my desired message. It's the little details that made my loved one feel extra special. I've used other florists in Watsonville, but D'lily's is the one that I am happiest with. They have excellent customer service and their prices are fair. The arrangements that I have ordered from them always are spot on and beautiful!

D'Lily's did my wedding bridal bouquet. She created a beautiful bouquet and was just wonderful to work with. I highly recommend you get any event done with them. Theh just asked what style I wanted and what colors- I sent pictures and they did exactly as I asked. They are quick to respond. I absolutely loved my bouquet and my husbands buttoniere were matching beautifully. Definitely made my wedding day and pictures!

D' lily's was the best choice for flowers! They have great arrangements and the flowers actually look like the photo! When you order deluxe you get deluxe! I tried 1800 flowers 3 times and it was a fail. On two of the occasions they tried fixing the order but the bouquet stilled looked horrible. It seemed like 7 Eleven was their competitor. Don't waste your time and money on other places I definitely recommend D' Lily's!

I called D'Lily's Flower to order a funeral arrangement to be sent to the graveside service for my uncle. I simply told them my budget and they created a beautiful blue and white standing spray with a matching ribbon and delivered it in plenty of time for his service. They were also very friendly and helpful on the phone, I most definitely recommend D'Lily's!

After spending 2 days waiting for a "same day" delivery thru 1800Flowers ( they are a mess & wont ever use again) I called Rogelio & he said sure I can get flowers delivered today! I ordered my mom her birthday flowers online, as I'm not living in the same area. I ordered the birthday cake of flowers and it was perfect! They delivered them to her house before she got home for work, which other reviews had complaints about the time of delivery but this was perfect. Super affordable and i can't believe the quick turnaround they offer. I ordered them in the evening the night before. No issues and I will definitely use them again in the future!

I have used D'Lilys 3 times in the past 1+ years and they are excellent. I am from out of the area and each person who took my phone order was polite, helpful, had great suggestions, and even texted me pictures of the arrangements that were sent, which were always beautiful. Best flower shop in the area without a doubt! When my aunt past 5 years ago my family went to them. They delivered the best service and had everything perfect. Since then we all go there for our flower needs. Both my brothers weddings were done by them and everyone loved it! In all our events they ask us who our florist is and we always recommend Dlilys Flowers!!

I arranged for wedding flowers from this company based on good yelp reviews. I'm here to tell you that I could not possibly be more disappointed and upset.
They botched the order and never delivered it, denied any culpability and now are disputing payment through my credit card company. Delivering wedding flowers on an agreed timeline is important !
I have never done business with anyone with such a combination of complete incompetence, lack of respect for customers and lack of integrity. Just very disappointed.
