We make every effort to fulfill your exact floral requests, however due to seasonal availability we may find it necessary to make appropriate floral substitutions. By filling out this order form completely, you will help us understand exactly how to serve your floral needs and fill in with appropriate substitutions for the specific occasion at hand.
50% deposit due at time of booking event. Balance due 2 weeks prior to event date. Please be aware that we are unable to offer on site delivery and set up for weddings at this time. If that doesn't work for you we understand, and can recommend alternative local florists.

Every month/week we will deliver a beautiful fresh flower arrangement valuing $50.00 to your doorstep. You save $10.00 per month/week on the delivery fee, and the value increases with the number of months/weeks booked.

I received an absolutely gorgeous bouquet from my husband after I had to have surgery. Ace's did a breathtaking arrangement that lifted my spirits completely. As a former florist I have my opinions on color, texture, and variation, and your work was outstanding. The freshest, most beautiful flowers in Santa Cruz County. My boyfriend purchases me flowers from Ace's once a week. Today is Wednesday and these were purchased on Saturday. My boyfriend says the customer service is second to none and he just walks and asks Amy to pick out what inspires her so my boutiques are always a lovely surprise!

Ace always makes me look good - their arrangements impress even the biggest flower snobs. Whether a special birthday, funeral, wedding or housewarming Ace delivers imaginative, unique, stellar designs. It's the only flower store I know where I can call and describe a person and they will translate that into an actual flower arrangement. The store is real cute. The selection is different and I really liked it. Butttt I went in on Monday the 27th of January the day after Kobe Bryant passed and I was wearing my shirt and tie with a Kobe jersey over it. the employee/owner of the shop made really uncalled for comments "was Kobe still married ? Didn't he cheat on his wife and give her a huge diamond to make up with her ?" I'm not easily offended but it's just uncalled for the day after any one passes to step on there throat. He had already passed with his 13 year old daughter ! What was the point of the comment

After forty-years, I was again with my high school sweetheart. I called Aces to have red rose delivered for our dinner at Shadowbrook. In ordering the flowers, I explained the circumstance behind our newly rekindled love. When we arrived at dinner, the arrangement was on the table and it was perfect. I'm a floral designer in central Canada, so I'm always curious when I send flowers elsewhere, how it will turn out. Ace's Flowers knocked it out of the park with my order - WOW - they used a wide array of gorgeous, quality, seasonal flowers and fillers that made the most beautiful arrangement (lilacs, ranunculus, roses, lilies, etc).

Ace has a width breadth of knowledge in the flower industry and is a pleasure to work with in creating something special for any occasion. It makes me sad to say that this business was so rude to my elderly mother on the phone this morning, the woman made her CRY! She was lucky it didn't happen in front of me, because this review would not be the last point of follow up I would have appropriately responded with.
