I graduated from Texas Tech University with a BFA degree. I am a past board member of Rockwall County Helping Hands and a current member of the Rockwall Rotary Club.

Just want to thank my incredible State Farm Agent, Denise Parks, for all she has done in assisting us through the last 2 years as we restored our Garland home from the 10-20-2019 tornado. Denise immediately was in contact with us, literally walking us through every step of the way. It is such an emotional and devastating time and we appreciate her knowledge, action and honesty as she oversaw our claim.

We have been with Denise since she opened in 1988. (her dad before that) Even though there are cheaper offers, we wouldn't dream of switching insurance companies. We love to hear Glori's voice on the other end of the line when we call. She knows who we are and she knows our needs. They are like family....who also get you through teaching your teenagers how to drive!!

I've had State Farm insurance for over 30 years all over the country. This office is by far the best we've ever experienced (nearly 17 years with Denise Parks). The office manager, Glori, is tenured, professional and so wonderful to work with. She helps us get the best coverage for the most reasonable price & is extremely responsive in times of trouble (like hail storms, etc). I highly recommend State Farm Denise Parks.

10/10 recommend. Amazing service, there’s nothing better than picking up the phone and having a conversation where they genuinely not only care about your auto needs, but they will establish a relationship with you and get to know you so when you call they are attentive and efficient & genuinely care about your needs. I have never had a bad experience in the 2 years I have been with them.

Glory and Denise are two of the finest representatives that any insurance company could have. You see it’s not State Farm that I’m buying from its those who represent State Farm that I trust the most. I have been with State Farm 40 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Regardless of the number of times people try to recommend a cheaper insurance company I have never followed up on that. I believe in Denise and Glory and the State Farm organization.
