The above review is exactly my problem. I have outstanding issues and have since July. I have sent 59 emails - 59!!! to try to resolve this, and it's still not straight. I had a very large amount withdrawn from my bank account after I was told it would not be, and still no refund. And that is just my latest issue. State Farm told me I could not change agents until my billing issue has been resolved, so it's just a vicious cycle. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been with SF over 20 years. My agent recently retired and I was move to this agent and this is the worst experience I have EVER received. They are the worst in returning phone calls and giving updates on issues & concerns! I have been calling since July speaking with Jace & Eric to get a issue resolved and I have been getting nothing! I ask to speak with Travis and I get I will have Travis call you. Still haven’t heard from him as of yet.

Travis Barton is one of the best Agents I have ever worked with. Not only is he very informative, but he gets straight to the point. He does not beat around the bush. I have car, renters, and life insurance with Travis. Another great thing is he will always be there to answer your questions. He legitimately cares about his clients. Couldn’t ask for a better Agent.
